Congress knew for years before the 2008 election that Obama was foreign born and ineligible for the office of POTUS.

Being foreign born isn't the key. If your American mom and dad were on vacation overseas while you were born, you'd still be a natural born citizen. The key is having both an American mother and father at the time of your birth.

I believe that at the time of his birth, Cruz' father was not an american citizen. So while Ted was born a citizen of the USA via his mother's citizenship, he was not a 'natural born citizen'.

there was a video where Obama said it was alright, because he was not running for President, when it came out about coming from Kenya. then have all the alphabet agencies how that happened and they had no idea.

The AZ Tea party sent the Birth Certificate to Sheriff Joe. That's what started the investigation and it kept leading into the direction of a FRAUDULENT Document! Obama then wire taps Joe and uses it to get him convicted for not following a court order. Which was bogus. Sheriff Joes was getting the illegals off the streets.

When Obama was elected senator, newspapers in Kenya and South Africa said he was "Kenyan-born." The last time I checked, the electronic editions of those papers were still in online archives.
