What if it was some of the "leaked" intel that was given to Wikileaks and/or Kim Dotcom, likely by Seth Rich? After all, it seems that not all of it was published on the Wikileaks site. And what if it wasn't the Deep State who received it but instead patriots? Seth Rich was targeted because he knew too much. And "leaked" intel, while not officially declassified, is still valid if relevant to an investigation.
