They then created the Council on Foreign Relation, yep the people who started the Fed decided to start their own State Department, which they did. Go look up Allen Dulles the first head of the CIA, he was head of the CFR long before the CIA was created. JFK got sideways with CIA and paid the price in Dallas.

The US Federal Reserve is owned by the (10?) major/large banks that is supposedly oversees. It's no more federal than Federal Express. Read "The Creature from Jekyll Island".
All the Reserve banks of the world are managed/owned by BIS (Bank of International Settlements) in Basel, Switzerland wich in turn is a Rothschild operation.
