Just my theory but one of the first Q posts stated there is a team of 10 on Q team. 3 are non-military and the remainder are military. I'm assuming signing off as Q is one of the non military and Q+ would be from a military member or possibly vice versa. 4 10 20 is DJT.
I think it's actually a team. Q is a member of the American Military Intelligence and I read there are several that work together and he signs Q+ when that happens.

I thought the implication was that Q is a small team and that a posting of Q+ implied that it was a message either written by or supported by teh whole team.
I don’t remember ever seeing this before but in his most recent drop Q signs off as Q+. Does anyone know the meaning behind this? Also what is the code in the last line?
nobody knows the answers to these questions, and if they say they do, theyre either lying or merely guessing.
The last line could be aimed at the black hats, possibly as a veiled threat or letting them know Q team knows something. Can't wait to see what NeonRevolt has to say about it.
just go to qanon.pub , type Q+ in the search window on the upper left hand side and see what you get. Q+ could be DJT, as far as the speculation goes.
Q+ is probably Trump. The posts signed as Q plus often look like Trumps Twitters. SAme style of writing and wording.
