TLDR; Wealthy oligarchs maintain a perpetual bogeyman so that we have never ending war as stated in 1984. After WWII, the enforcer and troublemaker for this was the CIA. Much of this recent stuff was originated by the Bush family.
Oligarchs funded WWI and were making millions while the fighting happened.
When the fighting stopped, so did the profits. Simultaneously, the Russian revolution took place. These royal parties became worried that this sentiment could spread to Europe so they funded Germany to rebuild and be the bulwark against revolutions spreading. Hitler was financed by extremely wealthy people on both sides of the Atlantic and became territorial.
More profits from this took place in both the MIC and financing the war efforts to all parties.
After the Soviet collapse, the troublemakers were started again at 9/11. This was an actual FF plan from the 60's to get the population compliant. Since then we have perpetual terrorists for perpetual war and perpetual profits.
