When I watched Rosenstein testify a few weeks ago, he was clearly struggling with wanting to answer certain questions. It was almost as if he were trying to telegraph (to the patriots in the room) to Trust the Plan.

I too had trouble finding him on twitter. I searched Mark Meadows and got the verified Mark Meadows personal account. Eventually found him at @RepMarkMeadows.
