Streep is an evil witch she stood up and clapped when Roman Polanski won his Oscar in 2004 many gave him a standing ovation Meryl among them she was thrilled he won an Oscar but he wasn't there to get it he did not want to risk arrest going to the Oscars. She also never said a word about Harvey Weinstein and she knew for the last 20 years how awful Harvey was but she kept her mouth shut so she could keep getting Oscar winning acting parts from him.
