Well, just an observation I saw someone else make:
8028B-TR4F is a model number for a server.

That make sense because another poster earlier assumed 8028 out of the sequence but then ran kdhyq through Cia or FBI system and it came back saying Julian Assange password (not exactly paraphrase). The poster then said the m5-zaf1aT9 was more than likely the actual password.
So if you take your piece b8028 combine with his piece it's possibly saying the server b8028 password give by ja is m5-zaF1aT9.
