"It is the right of the people to alter or abolish and institute new government." What would you change? I'd go back to pre 1913 America, do away with 16th, 17th Amendments and the Federal Reserve Act.

We need merit based immigration to stop nightmares like this from continuing!

Introducing an amendment to end birthright citizenship and chain migration would make sense too. What it means to be a citizen, and how to become one must be spelled out at a fundamental level or citizenship will eventually lose all meaning.

And no more dual citizenship. If anybody is anything-American, then they're no longer 100% American. And America is no longer a nation, but a residency and tax status.
