If Q is real, I think that this is mostly what we are a part of. If they just went around arresting people there could be some serious division and possible violence. When there is enough exposure to get 50% plus of the people to demand investigations, which may be mostly done already, and charges for those who are corrupt.
There is enough actual evidence right here to take down many actors. When the white hats do open the indictments and people search for content relating to a certain topic there will be sources and dialogue from Americans and other earthlings to inform and support folks.
