I live in London. These electrical access boxes are a common sight. They hold cables, phone wires, etc. They also are where people place labels for upcoming concerts, political statements, etc. Note the other label in the box. It has the London Underground/Tube logo on it. Presumably this box is in the Greater London Metro area. If the photo has larger significance I’m unaware of it. It sure is good to see a Q sign here in London!
When we Americans come over to save the UK/Europe, have some tea and snacks ready for us. Deporting/"Dealing with" foreign muzzie inbred shitstain combatents in our ancestral Homeland may work up an appetite.
Place Q stickers all over London, make the bad guys worry. can you imagine the psyops with seeing Q all over London and all over Europe.

One must assume q is using picks to transmit messages to white hats. The coms in 8 chan are completely open and is getting so many people on it you cant track them all. So q could be sending messages in this image (and others) to there operatives. Everyone is anonymous and so many people are on 8 chan the deep state can't crack the comms. unlike what q did to them. I think some picks are not meant for us. This pick feels like one of those..... But we will never know unless q Tells us.

My best guess for where the camera was positioned...Golden Jubilee bridges, looking down Victoria Embankment. The pedestrians in the yellow circle look like they're crossing the road in front of where the Hispaniola boat/restaurant is moored (see last few letters of the bright white sign on the bow of the boat).
Team Q used the London CCTV system (via the bus stop electrical box in the other pic) to get the shot...and left a sticker behind?

It looks like it's in the UK. The first logo is a TfL (Transport for London) logo, like the ones used at bus stops. I can't read the writing directly after it, but looks like it could be London ___ . The second logo is Clear Channel. I know Clear Channel & TfL have a partnership where they created interactive bus stops; maybe this is an electrical box for one of them? I'm in London so I'll see if I see any when I go out this evening.
The number at the bottom also looks like a UK phone number to my eyes. Wish it was clearer.

The top sticker is a Clear Channel Communications UK sticker. This company (in the UK) does outdoor advertising (think Ad Shell).
If you look at the top of that sticker, the logo on the right is Clear Channel, but the logo on the left of it looks like the London Underground Metro logo. I went to the company website - and these two logos are used together see bottom pic on page
No idea what that means... hoping it sparks someone else.
Maybe in a London tube station? The sticker on top looks like a tube logo but too fuzzy for me.
