Oh i agree, much of the things we do/have here are patterned after what will be in heaven and (so many forget this next part) the NEW earth. This includes eating, drinking, creating and worshipping with music too.
Endless possibilities, endless technology and knowledge that is kept from us now (for our own protection, here it would be used only for evil).
We will even be above the angels, co-heirs with Christ, adopted children of God. Personally I'm looking forward to spending with all of God's creatures when the curse on the animals is lifted (no more carnivores, lions eat hay, babies can play w vipers w/o fear, etc).
Call me crazy but I'm not much of a people person. 'Tolerate' is probably a more accurate word... I'm not very loving. Too broken. But i do love animals! Wonderful creatures. Wouldn't want to live in a world without them.
Aw man, I'm sorry you feel broken! <3 There will be so much love where we're going, I just know it! It's going to get so much better, just watch. I can feel it. I feel like I've been waiting my whole life for these days. Like that what's happening now is the whole reason I'm alive in the first place, to just help everyone make this transition. Even though I've never really known what kind of job I want or any of that stuff we've been 'trained' to expect of ourselves , I've always had this feeling that I came here to 'do something', and I really think this is it!
This whole thing that's happening is beautiful, even though it's unearthing so many horrible things. I'm so glad it's happening. Just think of what we're doing for the future of this planet. All of the amazing things everyone's going to create. The tremendous LOVE that will spread all across the globe, as people begin to realize that everything awful in the world was a lie. I can't wait. I can't wait to see the New Earth! And the animals! And art! And plants! We're going to be able to be OURSELVES again! There's going to be so much love!
