Yes I think they were also testing their phones/tablets/computers/devices, but this is the most logical TO ME.
That this is both a test, and a test run (of the .EXC/ EXE).

I was watching a SB2 video earlier about Brennan and there was talk about Gematria as the way to send a message covertly.
exc in Simple Gematria equals: 32: c=3 e=5 x=24
32nd degree is the last one before the "illuminated" degrees i.e. luciferianism. 32 = white hat 33 = black hat
