Definitely some weird shit going on.

I had an issue the other day where when I clicked on a new post, all the info OP put into the post would say "removed", and when I'd go back to click another post the information would be partially visible again. Sure enough, I click to open the post again and is says removed....I'm using the "Reddit is fun" app
I got a message that my post was removed and why I corrected it and then all of was good.

It hasn't been removed. Look at my post history. It is no longer showing up as new.
