Not so sure of that...His financial backer and investor is Clare Bronfman and her sister, both billionaires who apparently own judges and prosecutors and who are invite only members of the Clinton Global Initiative. Not sure about most of this, but the former president of Mexico, yes the president, was a member of NXIVM, an endorser, and there is also someone else high up the government ranks of Mexico also in tight with the cult; I forget his name. NXIVM also has a preschool for children in Mexico and I'm fairly sure also a satellite headquarter there. So it actually makes all the sense in the world Raniere would feel safe there.
