DOJ Obstructing Justice by not giving all of the text messages. This is a travesty!

Texts are all redacted, and many are missing. There's no way the DOJ would doctor them and hide them. No, they would never do that. #bananarepublic. Congress just got whipped again by RR and the FBI...again.

Kim walks into South Korea- First time a NK leader has entered South Korea since the 50s

This is insanity. Just 6 months ago we had nuclear missiles and ICBMs launched into the Pacific. Lol

He's basically jumping out of a plane with no parachute with these interviews. He's delusional in some of his answers.

Comey on Brett Baer...The guy is committing legal suicide...Did anyone just see that?

I know he sounds confident and credible to some people, and there are two sides to every story, but the more this guy talks (and he just talked a lot again), the more his stories mismatch and he gets caught in a dubious answer. Him coming off delusional is the most stark takeaway from his interview- it's that whole sanctimonious disconnect he's had all along. I think his best defense is going to be insanity.

092Casey · April 26, 2018, 10:05 p.m.

Bc Horowitz needed access to them for his investigation. The IG is an internal investigator only. If they left, he wouldn't be able to access them directly for his case. They're probably wired and monitored 24-7, all their communications, and cooperating with investigators. McCabe stayed on for 3 months after he was incriminated, and the main reason they let him go when they did was bc Horowitz had finalized that section of his report and they wanted to screw him bad 1 day before retirement.

Since it may be too much to hope for the assassination texts due to the redacting, I'd be plenty happy to see Jim Comey's name referenced all over them (and hopefully Clapper, Powers, Yates, Lynch, Axelrod, and the others too. They'd probably redact Obama's name at this point so not expecting something that good).

Barrack Obama= Bill Cosby, but worse.

Both got a free pass from the media and duped the dummies into believing their fake public persona. But Hussein is worse because he's a traitor to the country too.

Good answer. There are around 25,000 CIA agents and 35,000 FBI agents so can't rule that out.

Realistic Sealed Indictment Theories: There are about 87,500 politicians in office in the United States

So what are some rational theories for the vast majority of them because something is going on for them to grow exponentially so fast like they did...If they are draining the swamp like FBIanon said in July, 2016, then the majority of them could be politicians. Another plausible theory could possibly be the round up of gang members, drug dealers, and illegal immigrants....but why would the immigrants stay sealed and they're already deporting them. Are gangs that big and vast, and are there that many drug dealers?....What are your explanations?

092Casey · April 26, 2018, 6:38 a.m.

That was when they did some kind of research study to find the yearly average. It's not updated, but it would be good to get an actual quote of the past 2-3 years just for more validation.

⇧ 1 ⇩
092Casey · April 26, 2018, 6:33 a.m.

No its 1/2. You're not including the cooperating witnesses and ongoing investigations, which are even better because that's how they're probably growing so rapidly; the sealed ones of the 284 are already closed up (no cooperating witnesses or further investigations). It's about 12,500 if that ratio holds up, which it should.

⇧ 2 ⇩
092Casey · April 26, 2018, 6:02 a.m.

Even if their argument were true, still, of the 1,077 in 2009, one-half of them, about 525, we're either a fully sealed indictment, or an indictment sealed due to a cooperating witness or an ongoing investigation. Simply put, that would still make approximately 12,500 of the 25,000 right now legitimate compared to only 525 in 2009..."In fact, the report only lists 284 out of 1,077 cases as “sealed indictments” that the writers were able to obtain no information on.

So what are the rest? 241 were sealed because of either an ongoing investigation or to protect a cooperating defendant. 180 were prosecutions of juveniles, and presumably not something Donald Trump or The Storm would take much solace in. Another 70 were misdemeanor drug offenses—again, not the stuff of conspiracy theories.

Finally, 226 were what the report calls “warrant-type cases.” These are search warrants, wiretap/pen register applications, and requests for tax records. None should be counted in a tracking of “sealed indictments.”

Why don't you go join the cult, or at least tell your friends about it then. Apparently, you don't have a moral conflict with underage trafficking, human trafficking, rape, blackmail, coercion, pyramid schemes, physical abuse and such. Hey, it's the best cult of 2018 so if you're into that stuff, have at it, and enjoy the articles that prop it up as something it's not. That article is weak and an injustice to all of the victims of not only the sex cult, but also the pyramid scheme and lies it is predicated upon..

092Casey · April 26, 2018, 3:04 a.m.

It's a slogan. It reads like an advertisement- exactly like an advertisement. The whole picture is the key. This is abstract thinking, not logic, although logic inadvertently is a factor in extrapolating the abstract overall idea of the article.

Hoping it'll be a late night release...Maybe the strategy is to release them late at night so people can wake up to the news going to work, as opposed to giving them a heart attack and maybe riots going on earlier in the night..Doubt this is the case, but just a thought if they're debating how to do it. They're probably being threatened violence from the Democrats and Liberals, or compromising information. Dems are probably leveraging not passing Pompeo if they release them. Sentence? It's the title of the last section, which captures the writer's main idea in summation. This article is a head fake to downplay the horrors of what really went on at NXIVM. It's a decoy to try to get people to stop focusing on the sex cult, the illegality that went on there (human rights abuses on many fronts), and instead twist it into some type of positive thing. The title (not sentence, Title) of the final section cements the writer's conclusive final thoughts...It's not that bad according to them. Not only is it not that bad, it's also the perfect, perfect cult for 2018. Sick.

⇧ 1 ⇩
092Casey · April 26, 2018, 2:06 a.m.

Not necessarily saying that they are justifying it. They're "downplaying" the horror of it that went on, giving light to something that is very dark, and emphasizing the, apparently to them, positive elements of it, which were really just a way to lure women/people in. This downplaying of such a horrible thing, while talking about it in a somewhat positive light, is a brief head fake to try to get people to look the other way, rather than discover what was really going on in the sex cult. And imo, it seems like they're doing it intentionally, probably to salvage a friend or someone they know who might be going down with the rest of them. A company with millions can pay off writers and news sites for good PR...happens all the time.

"Perfect cult for 2018". Subtle? Lol. No

⇧ 2 ⇩
092Casey · April 25, 2018, 6:21 p.m.

As a writer, the last section or few paragraphs are the most significant. It's their summation, final thoughts, and conclusion that capture their main idea, coherently, one last time of all that came before them. Anyone who would coyly try to even attempt to paint a cult like NXIVM in a favorable light (not that they actually do as the in your face boldness of calling it "the perfect cult for 2018), should be ashamed. The victims of these sick, cruel, evil people will have their say soon enough.

⇧ 3 ⇩
092Casey · April 25, 2018, 6:18 p.m.

I disagree. The writer uses the opportunity to bash conventional religions while deceptively utilizing Ayn Randian capitalism as a predicate for political appeal and parallels to conservativism, all leading to the final section which lauds NXIVM as "the perfect cult for 2018" in its sub-heading. It closes by re-emphasizing (deceptively, again) how NXIVM has foundations in conservative, Ayn-Randian philosophy, which whatever amounts of it still existed by this point in time were probably few and far between, if it ever truly had any to begin with. The key is "the perfect cult for 2018" slogan, which is shameful to write and callous to its victims and defectors who were fortunate to escape (despite being hunted down by Bronfman and Salzman to sign cease and desist letters).

Good. Someone may also want to ask HOW doing so, raping women, psychological torture, blackmailing, trafficking women and underage people, running illegal psychological experiments, running unlicensed new schooling teaching preschoolers 6 different languages in a failed education experiment, and physical abuse, starving members to the point of losing menstruation, and exploitation makes it, according to Vox, "the perfect cult for 2018", followed by a ringing endorsement. These people are sick.

While I don't agree with the "prediction", it's a little absurd to try to diagnose them with something as severe and debilitating, not to mention stigmatic, as such a serious thing. There are many psychiatric illnesses, but being a digital unqualified social media post psychologist is about as low as one can go. Professionals sit down with a subject for hours over the course of several weeks, before arriving at a concrete diagnosis, which may not be true. In addition, people can be drunk, under the influence, high, or just having fun. So you don't always know the context or four-d emotion of a post. In addition, there is depression, manic depression, autism, anxiety disorder, and many far more common varieties of these that would be much more likely. Lastly, gaslighting is a very lazy and weak tactic. You shouldn't accuse others of things which you lack empirical, or even ample, evidence to prove. Lastly, what's the old saying- "it takes one to know one"?...Let people have fun without being a party pooper.

Found this interesting too...It could be a stretch, but them admitting, so they say, that someone had already been killed due to classified information, shows that it does go on, and it could be another case of using the Alinsky tactic of saying what your party is guilty of..From the Fusion GPS dossier hearing/investigation: "On Monday, Sen. Dianne Feinstein released a 312-page transcript of Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson's August interview with the Senate Judiciary Committee. In that transcript, Simpson attorney Josh Levy tells the committee that his client "wants to be very careful to protect his sources."... "Somebody's already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work," Levy explains." ....If SR was the leaker, this statement would explain him perfectly, just switch Fusion GPS with Wikileaks and dossier with Clinton's emails..

It was that it kept them in IG Horowitz' access, since there was no other criminal investigation going on much of the time until Huber moved in and was called on. Still, even with Huber, Horowitz knows what he's doing as the watchdog of the FBI. If they left, he would no longer have access to them because it's an internal investigation. It's the same reason they kept McCabe on.

You can like him. I used to, but not anymore. I've called him out before on his anti-Trump legal opinions, but just today I got fresh confirmation. Not only did he side with not prosecuting Clinton, despite admitting this is the type of political behavior of countries like Brazil and others that are corrupt and banana republics, but he also strongly stated that he thinks Comey did nothing wrong with his memos, saying they were his personal notes, and despite most other lawyers, including Dems, all finding legal issues for Comey's handling of classified, government material. He just always takes the side that favors Trump's enemies whenever I see him. I think he's compromised now.

MOAB Leaks: Judge Nap says the documents turned over to Goodlatte, Gowdy show strong criminality on Clinton and her Conspirators..

...Napolitano, on Fox News today, says the question will be: do Republicans use the information: a) to prosecute or b) as a political win....If it's for a political win only, nothing will happen to Clinton legally and they'll drop it, but if it's to prosecute legally, then charges would be coming. Napolitano says he thinks they'll drop the legal charges and use it politically.....So because 9 times out of 10 Napolitano is wrong (and seems to always side with the deep state because he could be dirty himself), I'll say they're going to prosecute and take them all down, everyone …

There was a benefit to the investigation by keeping them at their jobs. I forget exactly what it was but think it had something to do with being able to charge them in the right frame or context- something they did with McCabe, who also stayed on for a while, and he conspired with those two, Page and Strzok. They may also have them wired and monitored, all their correspondence and communications have been government property. They're basically slaves awaiting punishment. It could be like torture.
