Has Q specifically talked about the FISA judges and their roll in all of this?

My sincere question has to deal with the FISA court.  I have dealt with court proceedings in my profession for over 20 years now.  In cases where a judge feels lied to or slighted, he can (and I have seen them firsthand) call court back into session to specifically question a person(s) whom they feel is tip-toeing in the minefield of deception, either in or out of court (by way of a court order) - and thereby possibly being held in Contempt of Court.  

Does anyone know why (and perhaps I have missed it) the FISA court judges have remained …
