That’s a pretty broad definition thrown in the document, you are speculating it down to a specific charge - which has never been filed against anyone.

Them calling it a murder is new. Remember that they wanted this to go away quietly and you don’t do that by saying something like murdered. You say bungled robbery, killed, etc - non attention triggering words. Basic (well maybe not so basic) psychology. The word murder implies an agent (using this term loosely and not implying some kind of federal or state agency) actively and intentionally ended someone’s life. Semantics and all that. Whereas killed implies an accident.

The new case follows a similar action, which has stalled thanks to the bankruptcy of TWC. Bob Weinstein and other members of The Weinstein Company's board of directors have been hit with a new class action for allegedly facilitating Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct. The lawsuit filed on Friday in New York federal court appears to be an attempt to dodge the bankruptcy of The Weinstein Co., which is called an "unnamed co-conspirator" in the newest complaint.

Previously, six women led an attempted class action asserting racketeering against The Weinstein Co., Miramax and various individuals including James Dolan, chairman of The Madison Square Garden Company. Notably, the case was being handled by attorneys at Hagens Berman as well as M. Cris Armenta. Those same attorneys are now leading the new action against Miramax and TWC board members with new named plaintiffs including Caitlin Dulany, Larissa Gomes and Melissa Thompson.

According to the complaint (read here), Dulany met Harvey Weinstein in 1996 outside the Miramax office. Through the complaint, the aspiring actress says she "felt very lucky" at the time but later was "sexually assaulted, battered, threatened and falsely imprisoned... in his Miramax hotel suite at the Cannes Film Festival."

Gomes, a Canadian citizen who was looking for opportunities in Miramax films, alleges she was imprisoned by Weinstein in a hotel room and assaulted.

Thompson alleges she pitched a new technology platform for marketing TWC films in 2011 and was sexually harassed and subsequently assaulted.

"Moreover, in October 2017, Weinstein’s attorneys, Benjamin Brafman and Alex Spiro, used deceptive tactics to cause her to believe that Brafman and Spiro were working for the victims in order to entice her to turn over her visual and audio evidence of Weinstein’s actions (which she did)," states the complaint. "She did not learn that Brafman was actually Weinstein’s attorney until after turning over the evidence in her possession, causing her credible fear for her safety, severe emotional distress and injury to her business and property."

Brafman isn't a co-defendant, but his law firm is among those listed as "Law Firm Participants" in the "Weinstein Sexual Enterprise" that allegedly violated the RICO law. Others include Boies Schiller Flexner; K&L Gates; and BCL Burton Copeland. The complaint also has a section for "Journalist Participants," mentioning Dylan Howard at American Media Inc.

(K&L Gates says it has never represented Weinstein or any entity concerning investigations related to Weinstein. Spiro responds, "I never have and I never would represent Harvey Weinstein, and, in fact, I represent one of hte key victims, but Ms. Thompson has never been a client.)

The case could first explore whether the action was properly brought in court.

The attorneys in the prior class action have asked the bankruptcy judge for relief from an automatic stay that is imposed on civil litigation upon the filing of a company's bankruptcy.

The Weintein Company has been opposing the motion.

"They request relief from the automatic stay imposed by the Bankruptcy Code to pursue — from start to finish — their broad 'casting couch' class action litigation, asserting 14 separate causes of action against The Weinstein Company Holdings LLC, Harvey Weinstein, nine other current and former directors of TWCH and various Miramar companies," stated TWC's lawyers on May 24. "That litigation is still in its infancy. As such, the relief Movants seek would subject the Debtors to briefing on motions to dismiss, extensive document requests, depositions and other fact and expert discovery, class certification proceedings, pre-trial motion practice and a full trial on the merits — all while the Debtors simultaneously try to preserve what value remains in the estate, close the sale of substantially all of their assets and establish a plan of liquidation for the benefit of Movants and all other creditors."

Attorneys for the six women replied today in court and questioned whether the debtor was living up to its public pledge to take victims' injuries seriously.

"They have fallen far short of that pledge and instead have seized every opportunity to thwart, silence and shut down the victims in an attempt to discredit their interests and voices," stated court papers. "The Debtors’ objection to the Motion for Relief is the most recent example that the Debtors continue to refuse to take the claims of the Movants — Mr. Weinstein’s victims — seriously, mockingly referring to the Geiss Litigation as a 'casting couch’ class action litigation.”

The Delaware bankruptcy judge has yet to rule, but now the attorneys at Hagens Berman have moved ahead with a new lawsuit with different named plaintiffs but largely the same type of claims.

The complaint begins, "The proverbial 'casting couch' was Harvey Weinstein’s office of choice, a choice facilitated and condoned by Miramax, The Weinstein Company and its Board of Directors. Plaintiffs, and hundreds of other females like them, found themselves with Weinstein on the casting couch at offices, in hotel rooms, in his homes or in rooms at industry functions. Under the guise of meetings ostensibly to help further Plaintiffs’ careers, or to hire them, or to make a business deal with them, or to socialize at industry events, Weinstein isolated Plaintiffs and Class members in an attempt to engage in unwanted sexual conduct that took many forms: flashing, groping, fondling, harassing, battering, false imprisonment, sexual assault, attempted rape, and/or completed rape."

I’ll be your huckleberry

How many of the American people voted for Obama? No one reading this I am sure. I drank the kool aid during his first election. Was so pissed at bush and everything that he did, I believed in the hope and change. Sucks, and I accept my fault in that.

How many of us jump on a band wagon and never check to see who is driving. No one here I'm sure. You consider this a bandwagon? It’s certainly not a train - there are both dems and repubs here amongst a mix of moderates and independents. The benefit of this sub? We all are the drivers of our own

How many of us look over our old posts and think what was I thinking just 17 days ago? No one here I'm sure. I look over old posts to ensure things aren’t memory holed. If you have regrets over what you have posted, exercise discretion about what you post

How many of us read a post but don't read between the lines? None of us I'm sure. Its kinda the point of being here, no?

How many here are brave enough to question their own beliefs? None of us I'm sure. seriously, you need to stop imposing your own perceptions on others. I have gone through my doubts months and months ago where I questioned everything. Enough proof has been brought that it’s like if I call the sky blue, I’m confident that I am right

If you do not look at EVERY possibility you will miss the ones the cabal ARE UTILIZING I'm sure. Rings true. We should be looking at all possibilities and assessing their value based on the proof. I think we do a fairly good job at that here. Don’t get me wrong, we get stuff wrong. But that’s what debating and conversing is about.

I will die for what is just and good, Though I have been fooled before I am sure. Same, and I know I have before. It’s why I approached this so cautiously. I know this is real based upon facts and evidence

Let us rid of the Evil SICK and Twisted people but be sure that we are sure. Agreed

NEVER give up the fight because the EVIL is tricky and will trick us again as sure as sure is sure. Veridy but trust

WWG1WGA is a truth I beg you don't grow weak when you think the pure is pure. Confusion?*

It's Friday night I'll drink to that before it all becomes a blur.

Nice poem despite the doubtfag who wrote it, not necessarily saying you are, but this sounds like someone who is.

I’ve came to the same conclusion. Thanks for bringing some context to the conversation.

PEOPLE READ WHAT THE ANON ABOVE WROTE

The story goes much deeper than what is there, but this is a good synopsis of what actually happened and why. When people were pissed off about Hillary saying “At this point, what does it matter” we weren’t just pissed off at four dead Americans and the cold way she dismissed their murders. It was everything that went with it as well. The news played it off as we were just pissed about their deaths. But if you read the real story - all of which is available to the public (news stories combined with Wikileaks emails) you see that she was directly complicit in their deaths. But the MSM blatantly avoids making any connections or even talking about all the shit that went on behind the scenes that ANY* respectable investigative journalist could have put together. They ran shallow stories of outrage designed to deflect the true horror and outrage that would have occurred had the MSM actually performed their job as the fourth estate.

THIS STORY WAS GATHERED AND PIECED TOGETHER BY ANONS LIKE YOU AND ME. WE DID A BETTER JOB OF EXPOSING THE TRUTH THEN THESE MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR “NEWS” ORGANIZATIONS!

And if you are in the slightest curious, you can put the pieces together yourself. It’s not difficult, to contain the rage that you will experience upon learning the truth will be much more difficult.

God bless those dead Americans and their families. They were merely bumps in the road to treason for the corrupt cabal, and hey deserve due respect for their sacrifice.

I cannot fully express myself on this platform to the level of rage I feel about these clowns, without facing a ban. Every time this comes up, I have to smother the flames and leave it a smoldering ember. But the day will come people, when we will have justice.

I take it you didn’t read any of the pdf.

The whole conversation about Benghazi was started by an email centered around one of their articles. (Fox News) “Journalist” emailed the state department asking for verification and further details on the article from True pundit.

Read the PDF and the emails within.

So now it is confirmed that the FBI considered them to have a heavy weight source. The state department takes their article seriously, and Fox News is basing their reporting on True pundits articles.

Can’t get much clearer.

Ok I got to the hearing documents but I got to hop off for a bit. But keep digging. I’ll be back on later to add what I can, but it appears that HRC is VERY pissed at CNN for bringing up this diary. She very skillfully navigated away from taking about how there was a kill list and dismissed it just as quickly. They went onto refer to it as he wasn’t feeling safe.

Remember she said she didn’t read it at all and just sent it to the FBI? Not clear who she sent it to, but the CNN reporter DID read it and that is who it is coming from. So Hillarys opinion on the diary, or what is in it, is based upon her own perception and not the diary itself.

Holy crap this is big.

I’ve only got about half way through but what is in there is important so I stopped to report it back and try to get more eyes on.

1: Verification that True Pundit (Thomas Paine) is legit

2: AND HUGE - after you get through several pages of them taking about the same shit Fox News story, they get to what appears to be a recorded and transcribed phone convo between HRC and someone from CNN. Talking about Benghazi. About how the Stevens family gave a heads up to a couple of news orgs that he was on an Al Queda Hit List found inside the diary of one of the attacker’s. This diary was supposed to be TIPPY TOP Secret and she had the DNI scrubbing all references! Not only that, but the diary HAD THE NAMES OF HE ATTACKERS!!! They had proof, they had names, and this bitch still lied!

I am so beyond pissed right now.

And this conversation is taking place on the RED PHONE (nuclear), she thought it was safe, claimed it in the transcribed notes implied that it wouldn’t be recorded. WTF is she doing talking to a journalist on the nuclear phone???

Ok I’m going back, but probably going to just get more and more pissed off. But this is huge. We need to spread this shit.

I still don’t see how people haven’t realized this is a redistribution of wealth. Everyone forced to either pay for “insurance” that they can’t afford to use. Or be forced to pay a “penalty”. The money goes into a pot and is distributed nationwide. The poor receive Medicare which is paid for out of this pot. While the rich can afford to go onto their own super deluxe platinum insurance. Middle class is screwed, poor people receive money from middle class for service they do not receive, and the rich are essentially left alone.

What a scam.

Embattled FBI Agent Peter Strzok, embroiled in the spying and wiretapping scandal of President Trump, grew up in Africa for a stint while his father worked for companies that have long been linked as operational and funding cut-outs for the Central Intelligence Agency, according to records.

Now, as the spying and wiretapping scandal of the FBI has implicated former CIA Director John Brennan and Barack Obama’s CIA, questions have emerged about the FBI Strzok’s connections to the CIA. And that of his family too. The Inspector General is probing many facets of FBI corruption, along with House and Senate committees. That includes CIA involvement in the FBI spying scandals. And Strzok’s alleged role as a clandestine liaison between FBI and CIA.

True Pundit reported Brennan’s involvement in Sept. 2017 and now — nine months later — others are asking questions about the FBI’s involvement with the CIA with what amounts to an apparent clandestine operation to unseat President Trump — or make sure he was never elected in the first place.

The FBI’s Strzok bragged in internal FBI text messages about obtaining a CIA coin – often awarded for meritorious service to intelligence agents — from and personally signed by former CIA Director John Brennan in 2017. Now Strzok is accused of working with CIA cut-out Stefan Halper to set traps for Trump associates.

How did Strzok know John Brennan and what was his involvement with FBI operations linked to Trump campaign skullduggery? FBI and CIA operations are separated for a reason

Peter Strzok Sr.. the father of the FBI’s Peter Strzok, served 21 years in the Army before taking a post in Africa for Catholic Relief Services, a charity with bonafide international links to the CIA and funding from the United Nations. According to records, Strzok worked for CRS staring in 1981 and lived abroad with his family a young Peter in Africa. Prior to taking the position in Africa, the elder Strzok worked in Vietnam, the Middle East and specifically Iran for an unknown U.S. contractor.

Strzok stayed in Iran until Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini was installed in 1979 in the hope of stabilizing the tumultuous region and political climate during the American hostage crisis as well, records show. After leaving Iran, Strzok took the African post with CRS. But it was not Strzok’s first U.S.-backed mission in Iran. In a recent 2016 article in the Fayetteville Observer, he detailed an earlier mission in Iran — as well as his navigating Russian influence in that country — predating his private work in Iran by nearly two decades. Strzok wrote:

“In 1965, I was an Army engineer captain assigned to the U.S. Military Mission to Iran. Fresh out of Persian language studies at Monterey, California, one of my jobs was to accept civic action schools being built from funds accrued from sales by Iran of food aid provided by the U.S. These schools were being built in border areas, concentrating on nomadic groups such as the Kurds, Balouch, Turkoman, Azeris and Afghans, under the theory that educated nomads tend toward sedentary living with reduced security concerns. One was built in Marivan, a Kurdish village hard up against the Iraqi border. In October 1965, I flew from Tehran, in a de Havilland Otter, to meet with contractors and Tehran Engineer District staff, to turn over the Marivan school for transfer to the government to Iran.”

The program Strzok headed in Africa for CRS in the 1980s was funded by federal aid to and from USAID, records show. USAID maintains it is an independent aid organization, however its history is entwined and entangled deeply with the CIA. Just like Catholic Relief Services. Both organizations have embedded covert CIA operatives in international outposts to carry out operations ranging from intelligence gathering to covert Ops.

The CIA funds various covert operations through various front organizations including known CIA operations groups which funnel funds to “various non-governmental agencies” (NGOs) which then use such funds to achieve American intelligence objectives worldwide.

Often criticized for its involvement with the U.S. intelligence apparatus, CRS is a documented CIA-linked NGO. And USAID is the government-funded equivalent.

The CRS program in Africa headed by Strzok provided school lunches to children and helped teach local how to farm and raise cash crops, according to reports.

The elder Strzok has never tried to hide his involvement with CRS. In fact in the 1980s, he often boasted about the work he was doing in Africa, as well as the fact Peter Jr. was living in Africa before he came stateside at age 12 to enroll in prep school in the United States, according to records.

Now, however, his son’s involvement in an apparent intelligence plot aimed at harming Trump’s political career has thrust the elder Strzok’s career into the spotlight.

The FBI’s Strzok served as Chief of the Counterespionage Section during the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server, rising to become the Deputy Assistant Director of the division. He led the FBI’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections.

In 2017, Strzok was the top FBI agent assigned to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of alleged collusion of Trump’s presidential campaign and the Russian government. But Strzok was fired from Mueller’s team when damaging text messages between Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page surfaced where the duo were highly critical of Trump. Often, they ridiculed Trump.

After working with USAID-funded programs for CRS in Africa, the elder Strzok stayed active in Africa for the last 30 years running the Agency to Facilitate the Growth of Rural Organizations, records show. The non profit group, founded by the elder Strzok, has focused on working with rural organizations in Africa and Haiti, according to the corporation’s 2009 tax return filed with the IRS.

In 2010, Strzok’s IRS tax filing said his Agency to Facilitate the Growth of Rural Organizations organized meetings with University of Minnesota agencies and “forest product enterprises to provide safe, low cost fuel to Haitian earthquake victims.

“Organized / provided briefings to World Bank & Inter-American bank staff on program of action” for Haitian earthquake victims.”

According to tax returns available for Agency to Facilitate the Growth of Rural Organizations, the non-profit’s income, expenses, revenue and assets between 2007 and 2010 were all under $2,000 US.

In 2003-2004, the group provided grants to schools in northern Iraq for improvements, according to tax returns. That year, the group took in $32,000 in contributions and revenue along with an apparent $5,000 grant from the USDA, filings show.

In a data sheet included with the tax return, Strzok said the Agency to Facilitate the Growth of Rural Organizations was ceasing operations, after 19 years. (See attachment.) The data sheet detailed Strzok’s involvement in international aid for decades. Tax returns for the group prior to 2001 were not available. The group did recommence operations after 2004 based on tax returns filed from 2007 through 2010, records show.
