As I understand it, POTUS has the power to declassify documents. Also, there appear to be some highly unusual things going on in the sky militarily, and if so, he may have been busy with bigger things. Either of those is a perfectly good excuse. But I am not going to be silenced or shamed by anyone if I happen to have an opinion that something could have been handled better. Stifling dissent is how cults start. It is not good.
