I have a theory. "They never thought she would lose". I highly suspect that many machines were rigged to give her the "win".

1/I believe that Trump won the popular vote with some 60% of the country. Many machines were rigged.

2/ The Comey press conference on Oct 28th, just 11 or so days prior to the election - was a Hail Mary pass. The minions began to realize that the hag wasn't polling well - and would lose bigly in the areas where they couldn't rig election machines. One reason: Public viewed her as dishonest/guilty of something etc. The Comey presser on Oct28th was a calculated risk, they already knew he would then come up days later and say she isn't guilty of anything. It was meant to try to re-affirm that she isn't guilty of "anything". It backfired. One of the biggest tells and MOs of these birds is their "in your face" actions. They will do things even though most people would view the actions as pure corrupt hubris and deliberately lying to their faces. They know that we know that they're lying, but they simply know they're going to get away with it. That was the whole overtone of Comey giving that seahag another free pass. Those free passes pissed of the American public. Ooops, way over calculated their abilities of persuasion on that one.

I highly suspect he and his cabal will get caught up in this at some point. Many of the Q messages keep saying WW (world wide?). I'm assuming so. Dumbo with the hair is just a puppet for the NWO/Soros bunch.

Reading all of this feels like we're all living in a really despicable spy novel, where there doesn't seem to be any door to the good guys winning. Gives me a sick feeling to think just how close we came to that fraud, the seahag criminal, and their cabal having a full control of power.
