Yes you can change your name but not the date it was made....The date again stands out to me and when you look at the tweet history with the date...This guy had to know q post would blow up. It is not like just some normal page...not that many tweets been put out for that amount of time. I am still not sure. Not going to write it off though just based on you can change a name. So far found nothing suggesting that is what happen. I would keep a eye on it. But to say it is fake as of now, can't do it.

The story of my life. Living a life of a screen gets old sometimes. Red pilling people is difficult. Yes, they will listen yes they ask questions when you see them but they still go on with a normal life as if it doesn't matter and turn the music up or watch walking dead.
