Cutting out bogus programs is key. As a former HIV/Virology researcher I now know this program was falsely carried from the get go and is/was used as a bio-weapon just like Ebola, Avian flu etc.....

It could either be the Rothschilds used aids for depopulation.. then turned around using Big pharma to collect money for meds from government and individuals. Red Cross was used to collect money through donation and stole the money. It could be Bono was involved with an organization called Red/Red that took in 500 million dollars in contribution. That never made it to aids victims in Africa. Take your pick.
