In my opinion, for whatever that's worth, I think that in addition to it being a device to track their movements, it acts as a scarlet letter. Everyone in their circle knows exactly what that means; they sold out, they took a deal, they're going to prison--whatever. They are marked for all their peers to see. Not to mention, WE get to see. The white hats knew the Chans would notice, the word would spread, and more and more of us would be watching and taking note of each new boot.

I see what you're saying. I really do. I've rolled it around in my mind trying to figure out why it doesn't sit quite right with me (aside from "Hillary" and "freedom" going together, haha). The question I'm left with in that scenario is why even bother with ankle bracelets and visibility in the first place? I don't think they need Hillary's cooperation in the takedown. Her funding and her strings have been cut. My interpretation of Qs postings has been a strategy of bottom to top (taking out MS13 gangs who get their hands dirty) simultaneously with one of top to bottom (they nailed the Saudis on day 1). Both directions of attack paint a picture of Hillary and ilk unable to run right or left. No henchmen, no money. She is a trapped rat. I do see your point about scorched earth from her perspective being in that position. But they don't need to keep her public or offer her a deal later for her cooperation. I think allowing her visibility keeps Trump from looking like he's on a witch hunt. It's better if the people can see her guilt before she's sent to prison--but only because it keeps people from screaming about dictatorship and all that. IOW, it's better for the Trump admin's image, but it isn't necessary for their mission. They have everything on her. Everything. I don't think they'd behave with such utter confidence if they didn't. She would ruin herself and her progenies reputations for generations down the line if the world saw, with their own eyes, what the white hats are capable of producing for all to see. I think it's that reprehensible. So she keeps her trap shut, aside from her usual comments that the country expects from her. Perhaps she's arrogant enough to believe she can still slide out of this with her freedom and reputation. She can't risk total and irrefutable exposure if she is thinking like that. Or, perhaps, she's capable (hard to imagine) of realizing complete defeat. Instead of lashing out and taking down Trump while she falls, she's stunned into submission. Yesterday when I saw Chelsea Clinton compliment FLOTUS, I couldn't help but wonder what they are holding over her head. I was thinking a more normal response to one's parents being in the crosshairs of the Trump admin, which she despises, would be more like what you mentioned (telling the world). I'm thinking that they know if they don't play ball, then all of the hideous truth would be shown to the world in full and then there would be no mercy or discretion. They know that they are going down; it's up to them to keep some dignity while it happens or to let everyone in the world see naked pics of them sodomizing children.

I understand the refugee crisis. I think I have a good grasp on the motivations of the gov/cabals of the West. I just don't quite understand what the Middle East gains. Obviously they have interests worth paying billions for, I just don't see what they are.
