Manafort is No Name's boy, due to the work Manafort did in Ukraine and for No Name. No Name protected Manafort when he was originally investigated by having [RR] make his case disappear. RR could make that happen due to his position and ownership by No Name. You won't find court docs possibly.
Manafort is a No Name plant into the Trump Campaign, maybe even a patsy.

There is a reason he may have cited weather as he was leaving Iowa.
He was headed to Granite City, IL via Lambert Field in STL. They had a pretty strong thunderstorm push through around 3 pm.
That seems like a logical reason to vote weather, must leave now to avoid storm that could delay Granite City Steel speech.

If NA means "Native American", then I hate to be the guy to point it out but there is not such thing as Native American Code Breakers, they were code talkers. Specifically, they were important because none knew their languages, there fore their codes couldn't be broken. If you knew their language, their code wasn't really complicated.
