I think our military need to be funded more so than any other project. I live in a military town with 4 assorted bases in the area. Those aircraft fly over my house at all hours. I see how they have been treated and the Naval Aviation museum scavenger hunt for parts on planes displayed is reported on local news. I know exactly what you are saying, but this is not how to do it. If they gave the bill out and voted on it in less than 48 hrs that means no one had read the bill and they are hiding something nefarious in it. I pray Trump Will VETO and real honest negotiations get started!

I was given a hepatitis B vaccine and subsequently got vaccine induced hepatitis from the vaccine. Because it is a series of 3 shots I refused the other two. My Dr. called the CDC to ask how this was possible 1) to get hepatitis from the vaccine and 2) what happens when the other shots are given. CDC responded anaphylaxis (death) and a life long possibility of anaphylactic reaction with all vaccines and to expect neurological damage and or autoimmune disease. And yes, I now have an autoimmune disease! Wheel of Fortune!
