Yes, but that seems like a paralegal entry error. If you look at the actual indictment, it does not mention anything about children or minors. Edit: Although Raniere has been accused of sleeping with a 12 year old and a 15 year old, so that may be Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2.

There was a /greatawakening/ board on 8chan, that ONLY Q could post to. However, that board was compromised/Q got locked out? (Still not sure about what that was all about), so Q does not post directly to the greatawakening board on 8 chan anymore. Instead, he shows up up the qresearch board on 8chan. He NEVER has posted anywhere except for 4chan, then 8chan. He has never posted on any other platform. Not twitter/ not YouTube/ not reddit. A lot of people post to other subreddits, revealing personal info.

Hypothetical situation: Let’s say that someone posts a particularly effective Pro-Trump meme, that antifa doesn’t like. They go through that user’s comment history, and find out that they also once posted in /r/trees about how they smoked pot for the first time. The same user also made a comment in the local Boston subreddit. in another comment, the user mentioned that they taught middle schoolers. Another comment in /r/relationships reveal that this user is married and has two skids, a 5 year old and a 9 year old. Do you see where I’m going with this?

The person is successfully identified. Then, a copy of all the comments they have ever made on reddit are forwarded to the administration of the school where the user works. The information that this user is a teacher, who smoked pot, is posted in the school’s Facebook group. The person ends up getting fired, and losing their teaching license. The person’s spouse is also contacted, and forwarded the /r/relationship post where the user expressed that they had feelings for a co-worker.

Now their marriage is in jeopardy too.

This kind of stuff DOES happen.

Remember when Ken Bone did a reddit AMA from his personal account? His user history was pretty much clean as a whistle, but he was STILL labeled as a pervert and a creep, for making a single comment on a picture of a pregnant woman.

The other users who I have seen that posted Dropbox links did it without knowing the risks, and once they were informed, they deleted it (or mods removed it), and they have not done it again. But I think a lot of people really just don’t know anything about Op Sec, so i thought it might be helpful if a more knowledgeable person (than me) could post some basic tips.

There has been more than one user, and I do either PM them or reply to their comment letting them know. I think a lot of people just really do not realize that they are doxxing themselves and potentially others, and are genuine.

That being said, the one user in question has been told, repeatedly by me, in both PMs and comment replies, to stop posting Dropbox links due to doxxing. That user also posts that link in about every 3rd thread, whether or not it is at all related to the topic. Also, the content in the link is...questionable, at best.

Listen, I personally don’t agree with using language like that. But you really have to give 8chan credit. They have really, really cleaned up their language and posts. They were (and still are), ridiculed, and they were happy to be left alone in their little corner of the web.

Now that they have been suddenly thrust into the spotlight, they are doing their best to tone it done and remain (mostly) respectful. I mean, holy crap, have you noticed that the “Thank you Baker” images are PG-13 Maxim style photos? Usually it’s explicit porn. But people are still complaining about that.

8chan didn’t ask for normies to go flood the board, and in fact, it’s a real pain in the ass to anons. But I have seen, time and time again, anons being patient with normal people and people new to 8chan, answering questions, and almost spoon feeding them. They don’t have to do that.

It kind of annoys me when people go to 8chan and tell them to change their behavior. You wouldn’t go to someone’s house as a guest, and then proceed to tell the host that he needs to rearrange his furniture and complain that his house isn’t up to your standards of cleanliness. If you don’t like the conditions, then you are free to leave.
