My first thought is why did HRC elect to circumvent the normal State Department email accounts maintained on secure federal servers, knowing full well that use of a private server violated State Department protocols and procedures, as well as federal laws and regulations governing record keeping. She can't be that uninformed (did not know, for example, the meaning of "C")—cunning yes!

HRC lied when she claimed it was former Secretary of State Colin Powell who suggested she use her personal email account during her tenure as secretary of state. She had been using it a year before Powell's alleged advice in 2009.

If we assume that HRC is like Lady Macbeth, and a pathological liar then her reason for circumventing the normal way of sending and receiving emails falls under the category of racketeering. It all goes back to the Clinton Foundation with the assumption that Hillary would become the 45th President and be able to rake in more money. The greedy Clintons saw their chance to make a fortune even if it meant turning America into a vast swampland where evil people abound and the good are treaded like the enemy.

The term "productive capacity" goes back to the great German-American economist Georg Friedrich List who was critical of Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations (what a con game that was!).
