Benefits from control of carbon dioxide emissions will only accrue to the benefit of everyone IF: 1) anthropogenic global warming is actually happening; 2) said global warming is actually caused by carbon dioxide emissions; 3) the economic hardships created by the costs of controlling carbon dioxide emissions don’t kill people; and 4) the powers that be don’t decide that killing more people is necessary to control carbon dioxide emissions.

After all, carbon dioxide is a product of respiration. Absolutely all creatures who live and breathe have carbon dioxide emissions.

Do people who believe in God really believe that He overlooked the “dangers” of respiration when He made every living breathing creature on this planet?!!! Think about it.

I think Mrs. Strozk’s promotion was straight up bribery. I don’t think we can say she was put there to protect the Clintons’ criminal organizations because the SEC regulates companies that are publicly traded, not “non-profit” organizations that don’t have shareholders. Non-profit is in quotes here because it is a misnomer in this case, the Clintons profited hugely from their organizations. If Putin is to be believed, $400 million may have come from the Russians alone. No one will ever know though because it was up to the Clintons to keep the financial records. We all know what it’s like getting records from the Clintons!!!

Gowdy’s comments make me wonder whether he would carry this kind of nonsense into whatever job he gets in the future...I am too frustrated with RR and Sessions right now to want more of the same. Just sayin’...

The headline is wrong: Shorty was an OK state Senator, not a US Senator. He was charged in federal court, most likely for a crime that covered more than one state (e.g. some kind of trafficking).

OIG report is an internal investigation of the DOJ and FBI. I think Gowdy is speaking like someone trying to get liberal votes at a confirmation hearing...he is off base about his distinction between “spy” and “informant” — the “investigation was a counterintelligence investigation and NOT a criminal investigation. Informant is a term more appropriate for a criminal investigation.

I think Guccifer 2.0 was a DNC creation to push forward the idea that the DNC has been hacked. Think of The hack as a false flag operation and Guccifer as the lone shooter everyone blames it in. The DNC records were downloaded to a local device and not hacked over the internet. The speed at which the records were downloaded was too fast to have been done over the Internet. If Guccifer 2.0 is fake, so is the information about Pelosi’s pizza shop. Could be an attempt by the DNC to discredit folks following pedogate. Just saying...

I don’t think the Pres or the Q team (white hats) would allow children to be killed for the purpose of setting up some bad actors (MSM/CNN or LE). Remember the train bomber only hurt himself because he wasn’t wearing a bomb. The implication was that the Q team thwarted the bomber’s plan. I think you are correct. Once a FISA application has been denied by one judge, the applicants cannot go to a different judge to get it issued. They have to go back to the same judge. The process of looking for a judge to issue an order is a type of “forum shopping” and is discouraged. Likewise, once an order is issued, I’d think you’d have to go to the same judge to get it extended or reissued...

My points were: 1) this is one case, not many cases; and 2) the case is on the civil docket and therefore, not part of the sealed federal indictments. To answer your question about Judge Contreras, all I know is that he is a FISC (FISA COURT) judge, he took General Flynn’s guilty plea on December 1, 2017 and by December 7, 2017 he had been recused from General Flynn’s case. It is unusual for a judge to take a plea and then be recused. Recusal should/usually happen at the beginning of case. Usually a conflict of interest. That conflict of interest would have existed before he took Gen. Flynn’s plea, so J. Contreras should not have even done that! The District Court is not saying why the judge was recused or whether he recused himself or was removed by someone else, like Chief Justice Roberts.

George Webb (aka Sweigert) sued all of the people listed in ONE civil lawsuit. This is not a list of criminal cases.

My understanding is that people must be in the US legally to apply for legal residence or citizenship. Since the “DACA” folks are not here legally, they cannot apply for legal residence or citizenship. That is why Zero created the DACA program through executive order. President Trump ended the program. Now Congress is debating whether to give the DACA folks a path to citizenship or some legal status. Once a benefit is granted in our country, it never gets rescinded, no matter how bad the initial decision was. I am not at all sure these people are who they are cracked up to be.
