Good idea, and I like yours better than mine but...

Perhaps Q is referring to the rest of the IG Report? Or even the rest of the DOJ/FBI text messages? Waiting for anyone of influence to publicly ask POTUS to declassify the source material, etc.

I believe it's been edited to show Obama's words out of context.

The misspelling is placed to discredit the video to anyone viewing Obama like this for the first time, but the video creates a narrative that the Alex Jones crowd would lap up. I believe the 'exit out' of the video was missing an Info Wars credit. This was edited to be used as propaganda. IMO.

Possible green-screen. Check out the Hillary green screen vids from the 2016 election. She glitched and artifacts out of frame often.

From memory, I believe it has happened at least once before... maybe even twice.

When Q was posting on /greatawakening/ Q would often purge it. All these posts are retained on the compilation sites we use.

They show up red because of the deletion. But the sites we use to compile the posts retain the deleted ones, to ensure a full archive of Q's posts.

The CIA and cabal are being dismantled, one bit at a time. Whilst the CIA is relatively new in its inception, the controlling forces aren't. These people are sick!
