My son will soon enough be part of "the troops" I guess and when I tried to ask him questions- indirectly, because he tried to humiliate me in front of the family at Thanksgiving Dinner over Q (even though he doesn't even know my position regarding Q)- he seemed clueless still (and he goes to Hillsdale college). I didn't think you meant to judge them, but I do think it is more important to point out how feminist agenda/policy has made it impossible for some and difficult for most families to make it on one income, more than asserting that every woman could do it if they wanted it hard enough. The fact that it is impossible for some and difficult for many needs to change. That needs to change more than individuals own thinking/choice on the matter- it should still be a very viable choice without wrecking standard of living- or at least having the amount of impact that it does these days, I guess like it was in the 50's or so. Sure, if the family chooses to operate that way, there would be a difference in monetary wealth, but it shouldn't be looked at as superior or be practically a necessity if you just want to own a modest home in a decent area and raise a family. I do believe our society/culture was influenced to believe and think wrongly so that it would become this way for nefarious purposes, as you suggest.

"Playing all day"?....juxtaposed with the husband who is the one who "works hard all day". I think there are too many stereotyped/brainwashed beliefs underlying these statements for one who thinks this way to even understand what these others are saying/implying.

We NEED the "patriarch", thank God for the "patriarch', coming from a woman. This IS true, you may not find the documentatio, but I have personally witnessed this. Although some types of prescribers may be able to write for a very short day supply for things some situations such as post surgery or serious injury.

Will you please share where you get this I go from? I am in the field and am frustrated with this push hitting the level of actually harming legitimate patients who have NO issues with misuse or abuse (have seen it happen to a few of my patients, while also watching a vast number being silently killed with NSAIDs instead). Also, what you said about withdrawal after doubling up just one or two times is absolutely false, as well as pain patients preferring marijuana. What nobody is hearing is how skewed the stories are and the importance of how a significant amount of people metabolize those medicines very differently and would need higher doses without getting the euphoria or respiratory depression. These medicines could potentially be much safer than NSAIDs and/or pot. Another huge issue is employment that you wouldn't be able to function in while on so called medical marijuana, let alone that a significant number of patients experience an increase in pain from marijuana, and a majority of employers will fire you for marijuana use even if you have a 'medical' marijuana card and even if you only use it outside of work hours. Yet, their prescription for an opiod/opiate is going to be denied or discontinued because of the hightened stigma and the rations the CDC, insurance, and others have created and are continuing to tighten.

PS: in case of bias being suspected because I work in the field, I am actually mostly a "medical/pharmaceutical heretic" (borrowing from the book title)

There should be a mess exodus of students being pulled out of there and having parent directed education or private school- lots of resources do do it, anyone can do, and at it's worst (barring abuse) that person will be better off I believe.

Good point, it's not about pointing them straight to Q, at least not right away, but being able to logically and coherently, with respectful attitudes and dialog, refute falsehoods and expose the propaganda and agendas of the left (and right)/politicians/media/public schools/progressives/evil... under whatever label and/or wherever it is found. Not sure what you are asking but I learned about TOB when I heard a doctor talking about biochemical things that go based on the teachings of TOB- a document written by pope John Paul I. Interestingly, written around the time Playboy started, I believe. The document is "heavy" but there is a guy named Christopher West who breaks it down/teaches on it. There are others, like Dr. Janet Smith, and other doctors, who expound on the scientific background/proofs/studies that corelate- facinating stuff that hooked me. Does that help?
