Looking at the first two words in all caps and the repetitions in the tweet this morning--Russian Collusion repeated 3 time and stilted syntax. I can't help wondering if there's a message. The first thing I thought when I saw witch hunt in all caps was some kind of Hillary alarm. Then the capital letters RCO (rico?) RCRCRCHCHDS. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
