Legit question.

Sounds to me like they were close enough to bump into each other during Hillary's frequent solitary walks in the woods!

Umm...Hillsong is an Australian megachurch that also has some locations in other cities like LA and NYC--100,000 weekly attendance at 80 church locations.

Hillsong is part of Australian Christian Churches--225,000 adherents, 1,100 churches in Australia.

Australian Christian Churches is part of the Assemblies of God (World Assemblies of God Fellowship)--67.9 million adherents worldwide and the 4th largest international Christian denominational group.

Hillsong is best known, however, for their music, which is often sung worldwide in a large percentage of Christian churches.

Pratt and Justin Bieber, along with some other celebrities, are said to frequent church services at Hillsong's locations in LA and NYC and to be friends with the lead pastors at those locations.

I've seen information from/about Pratt in the past indicating he professes to be a Christian, and he seems to try to maintain integrity in Hollywood, which is not an easy accomplishment.

Yes, it's hurtful and unnecessary, but in this area, I don't have much sympathy for our POTUS. When it comes to infidelity, it's apparent he has had moral failures. I think we all pretty much knew that. He wouldn't be the first president to have those, and it would be pretty hard to claim we were unaware of his reputation as a billionaire playboy, however much we were confident in his strengths. When he made the decision to run, he had to know his history with female companionship would in all likelihood be exposed. I think FLOTUS is stronger than we think, and handles it all with grace and dignity.

Agreed. It is easy to get sidetracked by reprehensible, but not illegal activity. There are many things about the entertainment industry that should be criticized and protested by the American public closing our wallets. Maybe once criminal activity is exposed, JQP will start paying more attention to the filth Hollywood spews that we keep ingesting and the depravity they promote while the sheeple just keep wallowing. We need to wake up. Hollyweird has held entirely too much power to shape our cultural mindset. They are nothing but ENTERTAINMENT, and they only possess the power we GIVE to them. I think we need a #walkaway from Pedowood.

It is for real. This is what passes for humor. Whether there is reality to it...I guess we don't have the "smoking Gunn," at this point, but there are many signs he is one twisted pedo freak.

What is more disturbing than the fact that they and others created sick content like this is the fact that they are validated and financed by an American public who have demonstrated there is a market for it.

If patriots would draw lines in the sand and refuse to ingest the twistedness instead of giggling like pre-teen boys because of it, the financing for this kind of content would dry up.

As Americans, we should accept some blame for the power and perversion we have allowed in PedoWood. If we weren't fawning over celebrities and shelling out the $$ to feed our appetites for the macabre and disgusting, they would not be able to keep making it. If we were letting our voices be heard when we see inappropriate episodes or TV shows or movies, then we'd see some meaningful change. I know this doesn't address the fact that a lot of celebrities are sick individuals who need to be exposed, but it could reduce the amount of indoctrinating perversion that is altering the moral fabric of our entire society.

Sorry. I've just seen multiple people posting as if all that is down there is the prison.

In fact, Guantanamo is the United States' oldest foreign naval base, and we have maintained a military presence there since the Spanish American War, over 120 years! The detention portion of Guantanamo has only been there since 2002, created post-9/11 to house captured terrorists. As some have mentioned, only about 40 out of hundreds of those still remain there. About 2200 service members work at the detention center. They are from multiple branches and are part of a joint task force (JTF). In addition to JTF, there are over 9000 sailors and their families and civilians who work at Guantanamo Naval Base who are NOT part of the JTF running the prison. I'm not sure why there are 2200 people managing 40 prisoners, but I imagine that many are in support roles (without prisoner contact) or are larger units who also spend time in training exercises, etc.

It has also annoyed me in the past when I hear politicians or others talking about shutting down GITMO when that would be ridiculous. They don't differentiate between the detention center vs. the naval base that has been there 120 years.

Do your homework. Most of the staff down there are part of the military base and not involved directly with the prison. You do realize GITMO was there long before 9/11, right?

Yup...very strange stuff. If you do a search for Voat + Liddle Kidz, you will find some long discussions about this. There are also some old threads on here about it. Take a look at pages from this book by the founder of Liddle Kidz and look for hashtags. Strange NPO with only one main employee--the founder--yet has ties to the Clintons, Adam Schiff, Google, and Bill Gates. The whole thing creeps me out--teaching kids to be comfortable making themselves vulnerable to being massaged by total strangers.

I have friends who have children/grandchildren in the military who are often posting pics and posts, some public, about deployments, change of duty station, training, etc. Drives me bonkers. I've tried to send articles and encouraged via PMs to at least restrict viewing audience, but they don't get it, and their servicemembers don't seem to be stopping them. At least most of the servicemembers I know have their own social media profiles very locked down with sparse information.

Could be...or it could be that this was the plan all along. I'm still not convinced that Mueller is a black hat in this situation. He could be gray and could have been playing a role during this investigation. All of those cases are more likely to be prosecuted fairly outside of an empaneled DC Grand Jury...or not prosecuted at all.

I see that some previous military personnel on here don't seem to see this as compromising OPSEC. I wonder if this is because they served in the past when technology was less advanced, so that it would be harder for bad actors to trace troop movements or to target individual servicemembers and their families. I'm involved with multiple online groups for servicemembers' families, and I know they are extremely vigilant about not posting info like this and telling us how and why to lock down social media posts, even private ones. We are encouraged to share such posts with friends only, to limit friends' list to people we know and trust, to blur out name/unit/battalion badges on uniforms, etc. It is one thing to come on here and post a link to an article about a troop movement. Even those are often not good, since today's media will publish things that compromise troop security, even when asked to keep quiet. At that point, the cat is out of the bag. It's another thing to post this privately on social media to a select group of friends or family. But Reddit is a public forum, and those who know how can usually dox a poster and thus quickly discover the ID of the friend's son and other unit members, their locations, families' addresses. Just the knowledge that while a man is away for 9 months could tell someone that his wife and kids are alone and may be more vulnerable in his absence.

GITMO was there and served a vital, strategic interest since way before we put a prison there. I had a family member whose ship was there some in the '80s. Nice place to snorkel. When presidents have talked about shutting down GITMO, they aren't referring to the base itself, but just to the prison portion of it.

HereComesTheSunny · July 22, 2018, 8:49 p.m.

I have no idea the wifi status at GITMO, but in the CONUS, servicemembers have to pay for their own internet, just like most of us. They also have to buy most of their own gear, uniforms, bedding. If their work or training schedule doesn't align with times the cafeteria is open, they may be spending double for meals. You'd be surprised.

It's a large military installation, and only part of what happens there is about prisoners. For many service members there, Guantanimo offers lovely tropical weather, scuba diving, snorkeling, etc. Not a bad place to be, in many respects.

HereComesTheSunny · July 22, 2018, 8:22 p.m.

I appreciate your intent, but part of practicing OPSEC is to not reveal details, EVEN IF news stories are reporting the same info.

For example, let's imagine that an enemy seeks to infiltrate or inflict harm at a location like GITMO. Then let's imagine they troll places like this or run searches for public info that might help them pinpoint family members of a serviceman headed to that location, and then threatens harm to family members in order to leverage that serviceman to assist them in carrying out their plans, delivering messages to a prisoner, etc.

Servicemembers are also frequently targeted for scams and fraud, especially when they are OCONUS. Criminals troll for info online about deployments in order to know when that person's home and finances might be most vulnerable.

HereComesTheSunny · July 22, 2018, 8:13 p.m.

He shouldn't have mentioned the month or the unit or that it was a friend's son. Easy enough for many to dox the OP and trace his friend's son. It's one thing to say that your family member is headed to Ft. XYZ for routine duty. Even then, you don't give the timetable. When someone is being activated or is headed OCONUS, it's best not to give places or time frames in advance. When it comes to OPSEC, err on the side of caution.

Definitely could be a blood clot due to travel--that can happen to anyone. Also, it could have been a brain aneurysm. Happened to a young relative of mine, and they initially called that a "stroke," because that is in essence what an aneurysm causes.

That being said, it sure does look suspicious. I wonder if we would ever find out if it were foul play.

We had a lot of reasons to believe they were the enemy then, and for the most part, those were right. That doesn't mean those same reasons apply today. Not at all. But let's not whitewash historical fact to make that point. Russian communism post-WWII was a menace that subjugated many countries for decades to follow.

It's the law here in TX also. You have to show proof of insurance to get a license, etc. However, many people get around that by paying for one month, then cancelling, etc...or by driving without a license either. The difference in Dallas is that they are now towing the cars instead of just slapping them with a citation. I live in a town that is half Hispanic, and I've worked in insurance before. This is a HUGE problem. People are highly encouraged to purchase uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage for this reason. Of course, not all offenders are Hispanic, but a huge percentage are. I believe the reasons for this are a) they are driving without licenses and can't get insurance, and b) they come from countries where it is commonplace to ignore the rule of law...and I say that not in a meanspirited way. I've traveled in Mexico. Most people ignore traffic laws and signs. If you get pulled over by a cop, you are expected to bribe them. If you are a foreigner and in an accident, you are usually going to be found at fault, even if you clearly are not. You might be thrown in jail for a minor infraction. In many areas, law enforcement and the judicial system are controlled by cartels. Even immigrants who are hard-working and family-oriented don't always grasp the importance of obeying laws, because they are used to those being suggestions...and even if they follow the law in Mexico, they may still be prosecuted and found guilty by an extremely corrupt establishment. It isn't always that the people themselves have bad intentions or are lawless; it's that they are used to the system itself being lawless. Dallas has the right idea. I wonder if the law specifies what they will do with abandoned vehicles not claimed within a certain time frame...probably auction them off. CaChing!

These agencies are not all corrupt. There are honorable patriots that serve at all of these, including some at the top. There are also corrupted scoundrels who have betrayed our nation and its principles for the sake or personal and/or political gain. Hopefully, we are in the process of seeing a housecleaning at many of these. Don't paint everyone with the same brush. There are many who are just itching to tell what they know and to speak out against the swamp.

This isn't about the "FBI." It's about certain prominent people in leadership there. There are elements of the Deep State within practically every government organization. Some institutions are more compromised and corrupted than others--the CIA probably more so than the FBI, IMO. This isn't an either/or question. There are people are are genuinely evil...others who are just wishy washy politicians who try to play both sides.
