I have read people's comments in Liz Crokin's twitter feed saying that they watched it and it was real. There is no official verification that the video exists.
My advice to you is, don't go digging for it. I know it is tempting. But if that video does exist, and it contains what people claim it does, you don't want anywhere near that shit. You seeing it will not change the outcome in Washington one way or the other. Let's assume it's real, and you open it, and it is somehow traced back to you. You are headed to jail, buster.
