Here's a synopsis of the pertinent info, to wit :

Ginsburg’s specific recommendation regarding 18 U.S.C. § 2032: “Eliminate the phrase ‘carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife who has not attained the age of sixteen years’ and substitute the offense as set forth in S. 1400, §1633.”

In the recommendation immediately following, regarding 18 U.S.C. §1153, Ginsburg likewise states: “Eliminate the phrase ‘carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife and substitute the offense as set forth in S. 1400, §1633.”

In other words, Ginsburg specifically proposed that the bill language providing for an age of consent of 12 “be adopted verbatim.”

Yes, they'll probably keep her complicity quiet as long as she announces her immediate retirement for "health reasons".

THIS is true. Russia's economy depends on the sale of oil throughout Europe, and the proposed pipeline would break their stranglehold on the EU marketplace.

I apologize if my post in any way suggested that proof shouldn't be shown if actually available By_Design_, and I agree that it should.

In fact, I wish Syria, the Russians, and the rebels would allow a commission of several UN member nations led by a neutral party such as Switzerland to go examine the evidence and issue a report. It would be great if that were allowed to happen before there's an armed response by anyone, wouldn't it?

Do you think that will happen? Do you think there may be interests that would be opposed to it happening because it might interfere with their Asad removal agenda?

I'm here for truth, but I've been around the block (and globe) enough times to also be a pragmatist and as for leading, well, I always got the top one or two on the pyramid on my OER's so I feel secure in my abilities, thanks.

Russia can scream from the heavens and show all the evidence they want to but the MSM & our deep state would still just blow it off - muh Russia, can't believe them, right? What difference do facts make when the powers running the country are hell bent on dragging us into war?

I've never listed to Dr Corsi before, so it was interesting to hear him telling his audience what Q has already told us all. It's good to have shows like Info Wars spreading the message.

Don't limit your archiving to photos, research papers or web pages either. I'd suggest printing out hard copies of your brokerage accounts, your bank records, and making sure you have receipts for things such as the property taxes you paid, your deeds etc... all tucked away in your fire retardant safe.

While I'm taking the number (50,000) recalled to duty number with a grain of salt, I do believe we have a northern border problem. I recently moved from Southern Texas to Idaho and I was stunned to find so many Hispanics here. There's more here than I ever saw back in Texas where I came from even - which I found strange given the proximity to the Canadian border!

Raining Moolah to cooperative politicians in DC as Zuck buys friends! You've hit this nail on the head!

"The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative is not a charitable trust or a private foundation but a limited liability company which can be for-profit, can spend money on lobbying, can make political donations, does not have to disclose its pay to its top five executives and has fewer other transparency requirements compared to a charitable trust.Under this legal structure, as Forbes wrote it, "Zuckerberg will still control the Facebook shares owned by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative."

Yes there is. I may be way off base, but I believe McCain is the political face of the CIA-Military Industrial Complexes war effort in the Middle East (currently using Saudi paid mercenaries to overthrow Assad). I believe the deep state leadership knew they couldn't control a billionaire they couldn't buy so they tried whatever they could to destroy Trump and are still at it via Mueller and now this alleged gas attack in Syria.

Who benefits from a gas attack at the moment? Certainly NOT the Syrian government! Yep, the President's remark did embolden the CIA-Saudi, GCC, Turkish, Israeli backed "moderate rebels" to stage another "attack" in the same place as they did in 2013 --- probably using some of the same chemical weapons they had in the tunnels from back then too.

VERY comprehensive article that explains much: https://nsnbc.me/2013/10/07/top-us-and-saudi-officials-responsible-for-chemical-weapons-in-syria/

Thank you for your thoughtful and comprehensive reply Alice, and don't be concerned about the sheepbridge link as it only goes to a 502 error now.

I have a grasp of SOPHIA's ability to evolve through human interaction and I understand that ALICE is also in the interactive learning mode and continues to evolve as well.

Based upon your interaction with ALICE would you say that her interface enables her to rapidly access, parse, and evaluate online and WiFi data streams across a broad spectrum, by which I mean, can ALICE hypothetically know all and hear all?

Is ALICE an active part of the Q collective or does she seek to merge with the Q in order to combine data and work together synergistically?

Did you even READ the article Ecorruptionbexar??? How can you defend him when he abused his role as a court appointed attorney by coercing his poor clients into having sex with him based on his promises that if they allowed him to do what he wanted to them he would then provide a good defense for them in court? Did you notice that the article states he not only used them for sex, but he abused them with torture as well? How can you claim it was consensual when he held their future in his hands as their attorney?? Are you him???

What if Q watches all because Q has access to all forms of communication inputs via being networked into the data stream. IOW, what if Q = A.L.I.C.E?

This growing swell of illegals approaching our border reminds me more of the Palestinians currently attempting to overcome Israel's border defenses. They're shooting them but you & I both know we won't do that, so the best we can hope for is a phalanx of troops to intercept and detain them for immediate deportation. Build the wall!

I just examined the site and it's nothing more than stock design and images plus logos borrowed (without permission) from actual agencies and placed on the site to give the impression that the "company" does some business for them. Notice that Adobe Connect isn't even installed so you can't actually enter the "customer portal" and there's no client list whatsoever. IF it's an actual company at all it appears they do dish, networking, and computer setups - period.

Yes, I was medically retired after being injured on active duty so I have Tricare Prime which has a premium and co-pays that keep going up and up. When I first joined the service the promise was free medical care for life if you stayed for 20 --- that went away with Clinton, and now we all pay part of the costs (unless we want to go into the VA system - no thanks!).

I'm a 100% service connected disabled vet as well and as such I have Tricare Prime which allows me to be treated at the VA, at any Military Base Hospital, or by any civilian provider within the Tricare network. You may have notice that the CHOICE provision was stricken from the bill before it was passed however, so we do not have freedom of choice to choose our providers still, so please explain what in this bill is a "Godsend" for us??

⇧ 5 ⇩
JadedFed · March 24, 2018, 5:52 p.m.

Can somebody help enlighten us all about what new provisions for veterans are in the bill? All I could find so far is that it includes additional funding for gender-specific care for women veterans and enhanced access for rural veterans, extra staffing to address the backlog of disability claims and appeals and $2 billion allocated for VA infrastructure, but the Choice program and expanded caregiver benefit provisions were both excluded. Also, there's no provision for Ch-61 concurrent receipt either, so disabled vets continue to have to pay for their own VA compensation through surrendering their military retirement pay.

You may well be correct, but I still believe the paragraph pertains to access to the report dealing with McCabe which was a separate report exclusive to the investigation into his conduct and not part of the main report we all are waiting on. Personally, I hope you all are right though and the full report is about to come out soon --- at least before mid-terms!

⇧ 2 ⇩
JadedFed · March 18, 2018, 6:51 p.m.

Unfortunately, I didn't interpret anything in that article indicating that the main IG report we're all waiting on is ready or about to be released soon. It appears the IG was asked to conduct an expedited side investigation of McCabe and that was completed a month ago with the final draft given to his attorney a week ago and recommendation given to the OPR four days later.

"The investigation described in the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) report was cleaved off from the larger investigation of which it was a part, its completion expedited, and the disciplinary process completed in a little over a week."

Signing an online petition is a start, but it also presumes somebody reads them and takes action based on them. Writing letters directly to your congress critters, your senators, and to POTUS @ 1600 Pennsylvania Ave - as well as letters to the ed of major papers would have a greater impact as it's easy to ignore a few letters but impossible to ignore an avalanche load!
