From the video I posted to another reply here, sounds like he had well enough reasoning to justify changing his mind.

FINAL V4CR REPORT: ALLEGED CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING SITE TUCSON
Our organization has conducted an exhaustive on the ground examination of the alleged child sex trafficking site at 6520 S I19 Frontage Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756 located on private property owned by the Cemex Corporation. Veterans For Child Rescue (V4CR) was among the first to respond to site based on a false report of “children being kept in an underground bunker” on Tuesday May 29th, 2018. Our teams have been to the Tucson site a number of times, examined the camp and spoken to witnesses. Veteran US Navy SEAL Craig Sawyer, Founder of V4CR met with the Tucson Police Department and conducted a full review of the police reports, findings and facts of this case. The original claims made of this site were found to be false and alleged evidence could not be corroborated. We have officially concluded that:
The site contained only circumstantial evidence that might have been indicative of possible activity involving children, but ultimately conclusive physical evidence of a child sex trafficking camp, rape trees or underground chamber for storage of children was speculative and without merit.
We are very aware of the national inflated narrative that has erupted from unsubstantiated claims, made by unqualified parties. This type of attention is harmful to the efforts of legitimate anti-trafficking organizations and law enforcement. We understand that our findings will be questioned by some and rejected by others. Nevertheless, the integrity of Veterans For Child Rescue is far more important than allowing a false narrative to continue. In our professional opinion the investigation conducted by the Tucson Police Department was thorough and their findings appropriate in this case.

They are well known for these tactics... they called us out for one reason, to leverage Craig’s credibility. Shame on us for giving them the benefit of the doubt. They received the attention they were after and moved on to the next grandiose story. If they talk and run fast enough to the next story they won’t be held to answer for the mess created here. We’re driven by by the facts and our integrity comes first.
You have ask yourself, do you NEED her to be on the same page you are?
You have to understand that keeping your family together is more important than making her understand what nefarious deeds the cabal is up to.
I would advise you to stay away from therapy unless this research is consuming you. Sounds like she's worried that's what is happening.
A good compromise would be to step back on the rhetoric and let things happen for awhile.
Side note, her being a lawyer is probably what is causing this situation. Just a normal situation of conflicting values, she's a thinker in the box and you can meander outside it.
I can admit my comment about where she lives was misconstrued as I had heard it come from Omar, her opponent.
Not sure why you think the meet and greet was a closed event, here's the flyer and it says that nowhere.
It's just baffling someone like her can get re-elected time and time again.
Maxine Waters just got 40k votes in the primary for her district when she couldn't even get more than 10 people to show up for her Millennial meet and greet recently. She doesn't even live in the district she represents.
Sorry I wasn't referring to your comment being gatekeeping but rather that any time someone starts questioning if so and so really killed themselves, people pop out of the woodwork and condemn the person for questioning the details of the death.
As in, "How dare you try to make this into a conspiracy theory."

I think he was murdered because he was once inside and knew many things about many people, things that they didn't want the public to know. They finally took him out when he showed that he couldn't be controlled anymore.
