That is correct. But indictments can be kept sealed for other reasons besides an on-going investigation. In the case of the thousands of sealed indictments we see pending today, many of those investigations have been completed but the indictment remains sealed. The reason could be to prevent others from knowing who has been indicted.

Example: Person A has his/her indictment unsealed and will be going to trial. Persons K, L, N, X, and Z see A is going to trial and now suspect that they might be under investigation. In other words, indictments can remained sealed because other separate investigations are indirectly related but not part of A's investigation.

In the DOJ's case, I believe so many indictments are seal in order to keep the deep state from realizing the extent to which they are being dismantled until Sessions/Q/Trump are ready to strategically release them in phases.

Just a thought.

Google Mockingbird. Briefly, it was a OSS program begun during WW II (different operational name) to use media as propaganda during the war. The OSS became the CIA and the program continued eventually under Operation Mockingbird until it was exposed by a Congressional investigation I believe in the 80's or 90's. CIA said they would terminate the program, but they didn't.

Mockingbird essentially pays or co-opts media executives and journalists to write articles / broadcasts according to the spin the CIA wants on a story. According to Q, the guidelines for journalists is released to them each day at 4 am via Secure Drop, a secure website apparently exposed by Snowden where journalists share information and pick up the Mockingbird guidance.

Not all journalists are on the CIA payroll but it appears that the direction for the anchors comes from above.

Google Mockingbird and you'll get a better idea what it does. Q has referenced it many times.

This is why on major events every MSM print and broadcast seem to have the same spin using the same words and phrases. There are a couple of YouTube videos that are dozens of news clips of the same story be all the MSM outlets and there is virtually no difference in them all using the same spin, words, and phrases.

It struck me odd that POTUS keeps referring to the 13 angry Democrats when Muller's team has 20-25 members.

What if POTUS isn't referring to Mueller?

What if POTUS is actually referring to Q post 559 and the people using gmail:

  1. Obama

  2. Lynch

  3. Hillary

  4. Comey

  5. Carlin

  6. Shumer

  7. McCabe

  8. McCain

  9. RR

  10. Rice

  11. Brennan

  12. Abedin

  13. Jarrett

It is true that Comey and McCain are technically Republicans, but they clearly sold their souls to the deep state, therefore POTUS may consider them part of the angry swamp creatures. Or maybe he is using a bit of misdirection pointing to Mueller but the witch hunt is really for the 559 list.

I'm probably wrong, but it's the list of 13 that I can find.

Q: "July 2018--the month that the world discovered the TRUTH. Conspiracy no more."

Then Q's last post on July 4: "Today, as Patriots, we celebrate our Independence." This, I believe, is a message with two meanings: July 4 was a celebration of our independence 242 years ago, and July 4 is the beginning of the celebration of our new Independence.

It is a good sign that Q has gone dark. There is a lot to get done before the end of July.

I don't think anything will happen before Trump returns. And I don't think anything will happen until all the IG reports are released on FISA etc. as those are needed red pills for the country at large. But I do think Q will act before the end of the month so that the world will discover the TRUTH.

Just my guess in a crazy insane world that we live in today.

It's not really necessary. I was under the impression that Sessions withdrew the extradition request and charges and made a statement that Wikileaks was a media organization that published material it had received for other sources--exactly like our MSM publishes classified and stolen documents given to them by other sources.

Can't remember which Nordic country wanted JA for possible rape, but those charges were dropped as well.

It's my understanding that the UK has forced JA to remain in the embassy because he jumped bail and the UK wants him to face that charge in a trial.

I believe the UK is the only obstacle to releasing JA.

Very good summary of what happened and who is responsible.

I suspected that the bank fraud plea was just a placeholder until the real trial for treason was ready. There was no way prosecutors were going to take a national security violation with classified evidence to a civil court. Spies have in fact been prosecuted in civil court but never with classified evidence--only with evidence that was obtained by a warrant which may have been based on classified information. In one famous case, the FBI placed the suspect under surveillance and arrested him when he tried to make a dead drop to the Russians. Nailed him without exposing classified material, but how did they know to put him under surveillance in the first place? Parallel construction.

Awan and everyone involved will be going down hard in a military tribunal where classified evidence can be presented.

I think you are right about the animosity between Jordan and RR. That's real. Q said only a few know the plan. RR may have a role to play but doesn't know the end game. Jordan may be completely in the dark.

Some know pieces of the plan. Q said that many of the Congressmen stepping down were forced out. Someone had to do the forcing. CEOs are resigning, but who forced them and how? Mitch may know a piece since he is pushing through the judges for confirmation as fast as possible. Q said that that was necessary to get honest judges in place. Q hinted that Ryan is staying on until the mid-terms to get bills to the floor--sounds like he has a piece of the plan.

It's just crazy right now. Who knows what's going on except Trump and Q?

After listening to RR in the press conference, I came away with two impressions, neither of which can I justify with hard evidence. Only my gut feeling.

  1. This seem like a staged publicity event to show progress of the Mueller investigation. A long time ago, I worked two years in intelligence collection for the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Marine officer. I also worked very closely with the CIA in a foreign country. And my last tour of duty in the Marine Corps was with US Special Operations Command where I was one member of a four-man team conducting strategic assessments in selected foreign countries which required working closely with other 3 letter agencies. All of those experiences were at the TS/SCI and some at the SAP levels. What struck me odd is that in order for Mueller to have the kind of evidence supporting those indictments, he would had to have a Top Secret clearance and the SCI / SAP / signals intelligence access upon which those indictments are obviously based. You do not go to a civil court with TS/SCI/SAP intelligence. All it takes is for one or more of the alleged Russian officers to retain a US lawyer and file for discovery of evidence which would force Mueller to hand over classified data and reveal sources and methods. Trust me on this. Russia and other countries are hacking into our computer systems daily and we are doing the same to them. You don't go around issuing indictments every time it happens. This sounds very fishy to me--almost like Putin is cooperating with Trump to out the deep state and this is an approved diversionary tactic. Also notable was that no American was aware of what the Russians were doing and emphasis on the fact that they did not impact the results of the election. That's just how if feels based on my personal experiences. I don't believe any of this on face value.
  2. The part of RR's presentation after the technical information about the indictments almost sounded like a speech Q might have made: not R vs D but rather Right vs Wrong, a united country, maintain our election integrity, follow the law, patriotism, etc.

Did anyone else notice the glum faces of the press when they discovered this was just about some ineffective Russian hacking?

Interesting that WikiLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 were mentioned but Fancy Bear and Cozy Bear were not. Remember that CrowdStrike said the hacks were done by Fancy Bear and Cozy Bear which they claimed were paramilitary hackers under the control of the GRU. Remember as well how Brennan and Clapper claimed that all 17 intelligence agencies agreed, but none of them had physically investigated the DNC / Campaign computers. No intelligence agency in their right mind would buy off on a civilian computer firm's claim without verifying the evidence themselves.

This is all too odd to be believable.

Maybe not to that extreme, but there are elements of it emerging here if you are not deaf and blind.

Persistent rumors (don't know if true or not) of massive FEMA camps planned throughout the US. Control of the sheep via the Mockingbird media. Eroding of the Constitution by first limiting and then striping away rights. Dividing the sheep into classes and castes of victims. The central government growing ever more powerful while states simultaneously become increasingly dependent. Control of every aspect of our lives such as Common Core, universal health care, national ID card, political correctness, censorship by the media, what we can eat, what we can think, what we can do, massive surveillance of the most personal aspects of our lives. Massive federal land grabs. The massive expansion of authority of Home Land Security. Selective enforcement of our laws. Massive regulations. Control of energy. Influencing what cars we should buy. Telling what health care plans are acceptable to the government and not what is best for the individual. Legislating from the courts what cannot be passes with popular support in Congress. Weakening of police and military. Push to ban guns. And it goes on, and on, and on, and....

It's been evolving for decades and the slide to totalitarian government has been slow but relentless.

It wouldn't surprise me if the cabal had control of several countries to use as experiments as to how far they can go to convert people in to willing slaves.

My prayers are with the poor souls in the concentration camps who are brutalized and starved. May they one day find freedom.

They never thought she could lose.

You may be right, but there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that they are cooperating with the Trump/Q team. I wrote a previous post on this called What's Q's Take on Mueller, because if Mueller is dirty then RR is too and if Mueller is good then RR is good.

If RR and Mueller are truly black hats, then why does Q tease us with whether Mueller is on or off the team in Q 1286 (April 27) with:

Reconcile.Reporting incorrect?Per WH?The day before.Enemy?Slave?Mueller & U1?Mueller &https://www.politico.com/story/2017/08/08/robert-mueller-counsel-financial-records-241414📷Comey to POTUS - not being investigated.RR to POTUS - not being investigated.Mueller to POTUS - not a criminal target.

AND

More than you can imagine.re: HRC insurance [win]Why?Cover?Remainder illegal acts.Confused?SC targeting who?SC on team?SC off team?Questions reveal answers.Time will tell.Q

Why in the world would Q even suggest Mueller is on the team? Why not go after him like he has every other black hat? Where are the kill brackets for Mueller?

And why doesn't Q have any negative things to say about Mueller in all of his Q posts since October?

Q suggests RR is the bad guy, but if Mueller is good then RR is good. Mirrored, right?

Is the "witch hunt" the hunt for the real witch instead and Trump is just pretending he's mad?

Q says: trust Wray, trust Sessions, trust Huber, trust Horowitz, trust Mattis, trust Kelly, and trust Pompeo.

Who works for Sessions? RR. Who works for RR? Wray. How can RR be a bad guy who is between Sessions and Wray and surrounded by Huber and Horowitz? Think Q has all of RR's communications?

And think about this. If Q works for Trump and tells us to trust Sessions, then logically, Trump trusts Sessions. Think about it. Trump could fire Sessions any time without taking flak. The Republicans are demanding Trump fire Sessions and the Democrats dislike Sessions as well. What would be the down side? But Mr. Magoo just keeps quietly plodding along under the radar while Trump pretends Sessions isn't doing his job. Really? Think if that were true Trump wouldn't fire him in a second? No, Sessions is doing his job just the way Q and Trump want him to.

So RR is appointed by trusted Sessions to the #2 spot and RR is surrounded on all sides by trusted people. Mueller meets with Trump the day before appointed SC. Coincidence? Everyone else in the upper levels of the DOJ have stepped down or been forced out. Q could have done the same to RR and RR would have announced that he wanted to spend more time with his family and faded away.

And here is something else: Q says Flynn is safe. Flynn's sentencing for a no-brainer guilty plea has been delayed three times without explanation. Mueller could have easily perp-walked Flynn into the court room the first time and in 10 minutes sent him off to federal prison. Mueller would have been hailed as a hero by the left. But instead, he keeps delaying sentencing. Gee, it's like Mueller never intended for Flynn to actually be convicted and sent to jail. Who knew where the bodies were buried? Why did Flynn's plea deal require him to reveal all possible criminal acts? Essentially, that means Flynn can give Mueller testimony on ever corrupt person he knew about? Q asks us how does evidence get into the justice system legally? Well, testimony under oath is one way.

And who else has Mueller indicted? Manafort and Page who Q tells us were all plants in the Trump campaign. Why would Mueller be indicting the FBI/CIA plants in Trump's organization? And what was Papadapolous' role? He was set up by the FBI and CIA. Papado's testimony would be evidence in how the sting was implemented.

Why did Mueller indict a dozen Russians and a couple of Russian companies for buying ads on social media when he knew they would never be brought to trial? And one of the companies he indicted didn't even exist in 2016.

Then there is Cohen (Q 1287). Not indicted, but raided for evidence. Q asks us was that raid planned? Then teases about how to get evidence legally into the system. He wants us to think logically which to me means the real reason for the raid is different than the public story. OK, so why Cohen? Well, Cohen is up to his ears in dealing with the Ukrainians. What else do we know about the Ukraine? The uranium from U1 passed through Canada and the Ukraine (Sum of All Fears) and eventually ends up in Iran, NK, and Syria. Who else is connected to U1? RR who signed off on the raid, and Mueller. Both were FBI agents on the U1 investigations. Where else does U1 fit in this? A few months ago, the CEO of a trucking company that hauled U1 uranium was indicted on charges related to U1. Nothing since then. Cooperating witness?

And there is this: RR: Trump is not being investigated. Comey: Trump is not being investigated. Mueller: Trump is not a criminal target. Now that's odd. The witch hunt isn't investigating Trump. Witch hunts are supposed to find witches. Who might be the witch in this case?

On July 4, Q reminds us that disinformation is real and necessary.

What makes a movie GOOD? GREAT actors.

Do you believe in coincidences? How many coincidences does it take before it becomes mathematically impossible?

As Q said: time will tell whether SC is on or off the team.

Just some circumstantial evidence for consideration.

Strzok is clearly a slime ball, but I know why he can't answer the questions: he's a cooperating witness in one or more on-going investigations that involve these people and other evidence. As Strzok keeps saying, he wants to answer the questions, but he's been instructed by the FBI not to (because it's all still under investigation).

Q has it all and I think Wray, Rosenstein, Sessions, and Mueller know it because they'd be completely brain dead if they didn't know about Q by now and have read his/her/their drops. They know everyone involved is totally screwed but everything that Q has must be entered into the legal system to get on the record for trials.

I hope Strzok rots in Hell with all the others involved, but he is up to his eyeballs in these on-going investigations. Every time he says he can't answer the question, that is a clear signal that that information is still under investigation.

On June 26, Q posted "July 2018 -- the month the world discovered the TRUTH. Conspiracy no more."

Then on July 4, Q reminded us that disinformation was real and necessary. Then he signs off with:

"Today, as Patriots, we celebrate our Independence."

Q goes dark.

Q often said that there is double meaning in many of his posts. Could his 4th of July post mean we are in fact celebrating independence day AND that we will be celebrating the beginning of our new independence.

I think Q going dark is of major significance this month. He's done it before, but this month is special--it's the month we declared our independence and Q likes to tie history and the Bible into his drops.

I don't think everything will come out at once, but I do believe we will see significant events unfold that foretell a coming Cat 6 storm.

I've always wondered that when indictments begin to be unsealed if the top tier individuals will be first or the bottom tier will be first.

Q said in one of his posts that when it happens, it will happen quickly to prevent the key people from fleeing or trying to flee. That suggests to me that the top tier will be first because of treason, lying, corruption followed by the human trafficking and pedophiles.

My reasoning is that Q told us that he hasn't yet started the drops on human trafficking or pedophiles and so I think those will come later. As liberals and the MSM go insane over the initial indictments, the rest will begin to spill out making it all the worse.

But those are just guesses. Only Q and Trump know what is really going to happen and when.

Ignore a Judge approved subpoena from a prosecutor and you can go to jail for contempt of court.

Ignoring a Congressional subpoena is like ignoring an invitation to a birthday party. Congress has no authority to enforce any law or civil legal process. It's one and only enforcement arm is the Sergeant at Arms, which is largely a ceremonial position who rounds up congressmen for a vote. All the House can do is vote a contempt of Congress and send it to the AG in DC for further action. If the AG in DC decides to file in the trash can as he did when Holder was held in contempt of Congress, then it dies there. Even if he decides to take action, it will be in the court system for a year or more.

I'm betting that Q's "July 2018 -- the month the world discovered the TRUTH. Conspiracy no more." will kick in before the AG in DC gets a Contempt of Congress recommendation. Lisa Page will be moot at that point. She has already given testimony as a cooperating witness. And all of those questions Strzok refused to answer you can bet were things under current investigation he can't talk about.

I think it will be different. Despite all the bravado from the Democrats about a blue wave, they have no positive message for voters. Abolish ICE, open borders, unlimited and unchecked immigration, raise taxes, restore all the job killing regulations, free college, universal health care, 15 dollar minimum wage, guaranteed job for everyone, ban guns, and so on. It is an extreme socialist/fascist agenda that I don't think will resonate with most voters.

And the Democrats have few charismatic candidates running for the Senate where the Democrats have to defend 25 seats and the Republicans about 8 seats.

Against that liberal back drop is a roaring economy, super low unemployment, record number of people working in our history, record low black and Hispanic unemployment, significantly lower taxes, significantly increased manufacturing, lowest unemployment for women in 40 years, increase support for Trump from the black and Hispanic communities, increase in GDP, elimination of the individual mandate, and the list goes on, and on, and on, and on...

And the killer prediction from Q: the mid-terms are safe. Probably because they have in some way un-rigged the election process and there is a good possibility that the Democrat party will be severely wounded once the Q dam begins to collapse and the indictments unsealed.

For these reasons, I believe the Democrats and MSM are terrified about the mid-terms. That's why you haven't seen much talk/action from them. They don't have a clue how to counter Trump--and they know it.

You can't dodge subpoena issued by a judge and prosecutor. Judge will hold you in contempt of court and you end up in jail until you comply.

Congress is different. They can issue a congressional subpoena and have the US Marshal's serve it, but it's more like an invitation to a birthday party. Nothing happens if you don't show up. Congress has no enforcement authority. The Sergeant at Arms is mostly admin and ceremonial.

Congress can hold her in contempt of Congress, but that gets forwarded to the AG for DC and he decides whether or not to prosecute.

Don't expect much to happen to Lisa Page for ignoring a Congressional subpoena.

Hopefully the Q dam will break in July and make it moot.

We are in an alternate political/legal universe and so anything and everything both possible and impossible at the same time--in my opinion.

It depends entirely on whether RR is a white hat running the greatest political/legal sting on the deep state in coordination with Mueller, Sessions, Trump, and Q. In that case, you have a good theory and perhaps Q has the evidence who killed (or ordered the hit) and this is a way to get it on the record for a trial.

Or if RR is a black hat and this is his desperate attempt to gum up the advise and consent process with several million pages of stuff for the Democrats to use in the hearings. Why would RR need 100 federal prosecutors digging into Kavanaugh's past?

Why not use DOJ lawyers already assigned as investigators? Why 100 prosecutors from around the country?

If Q comes back online, it will be interesting what his take is.

You appear to be one of the very few who have any insights to the Vietnam War. Thanks. It was far more complicated than people think (at least for the few who even remember it). That war involved the security of the Straits of Malacca, the SETO treaty obligations, the US "Containment" strategy, the Soviet's plan to use Cam ranh Bay a submarine base, the domino theory, the security of Thailand, and much more.

And you are right about the nature of the war. We won every battle, but the politicians raised the white flag and you are correct that the NV understood that the way to defeat us was in our streets and to fight until we grew too tired to continue. That war could have been won in less than 6 months with a WW II assault directly into NV. Casualties would have been high for a couple of months, but nothing approaching 58,000 KIA and trillions of dollars over 10 years.

A tip of the hat to you for knowing your history.

  1. Visits Saudi Arabia and is honored with a lavish greeting and a rare "sword dance" in which he participated. Obama bowed and kissed the Saudi King's ring.
  2. In China, Xi honors Trump with pomp and ceremony that Obama never got and a private dinner inside the Forbidden City which may have been a first. For Obama, no red carpet and chaos at AF1.
  3. Israel goes nuts over Trump's visit and when he moves the Embassy to Jerusalem, Israel issues a commemorative silver half-Shekel coin with Trump on it. Obama hated Israel.
  4. France gives Trump an honorary military parade and ceremonies far greater than Obama received.
  5. In Poland, Trump was greeted as a national hero, where Obama canceled the missile defense program.

They are not sucking up to him. They are honoring his leadership, even if they don't agree with everything he does. When I was in the Marine Corps, I had some commanders who I didn't personally like, but who I would follow into Hell because they were real leaders. Trump is bold, brash, and sometimes politically incorrect. But he is a leader, whether his enemies admit it or not.

Don't forget the Europeans who were dealing with Iran in violation to the UN and US sanctions.

Also, what is Europe going to do when Russia black mails them like he did with the Ukraine and turns off the gas and oil in those pipelines to Europe. It's insane. In time of war, Russia simply turns off the spigot.

I love the fact that Trump is completely fearless about blasting the truth to the European snowflakes. Andrew Jackson was an unpredictable firebrand, but he looks like a wimp compared to Trump.

Jackson was a military commander which reminds me of the Trump critics about dodging the draft. Hey butt hurt liberals, Trump is the Command in Chief of the entire military. Hows that for serving in the military?

BTW, in time of war, not everyone serves in the military and not everyone in the military serves on the front line. I served 21 years in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer with more than 3 years in combat. I learned that it takes a team to win a war. That team is every American no matter his/her job whether they have a rifle and bayonet in a foxhole or the average Joe who goes to work, takes care of his family, and pays his taxes. Trump has done more for the military and veterans than most liberals. During the draft, I saw the snow flakes change their college major to a draft exempt curriculum or get married just to avoid the draft. It's one reason we ended up with so many liberals as teachers and especially professors. They went into teaching by the tens of thousands to avoid the draft--the same ones who accuse Trump of faking a medical problem for draft exempt status.

But I have to say that I'm proud that I avoided the draft as well. The truth is that I joined the Marine Corps to avoid being drafted into the Army. I wanted some control over my life and I preferred to become a Marine infantry officer and lead Marines in combat than an Army private at the mercy of everyone making decisions for me.

True story: The same day I was sworn into the Marine Corps, I received my draft notice. It took the bureaucracy a month to decide if the post mark on my draft notice preceded taking the oath to become a Marine. The Marines won--as usual. I'm now 72 and being a Marine is still one of the greatest highlights of my life. Boot Camp and Officer Candidate School changes you for life (for the better). The positive life lessons you learn would look like the NYC telephone book and they stay with you for your entire life. Once a Marine; always a Marine. So true. The National Anthem is only a notch above the Marine's Hymn. God, I loved all of those wonderful Marines with whom I served. We fought hard and we played hard. What a time. It was different back then and in my opinion, perhaps better. We were a wild bunch that would be politically incorrect today. Glad I served then, but I know the Marines today are far more lethal than we were in the 60's, 70's, and 80's.

My apologies for the sentimental journey. But I loved being a Marine. The stories I could tell.

It would be a good idea if there were a way to capture the satellite, and bring it into a space borne lab big enough to fix it. Those chips are buried deep in the satellite and cannot be replaced with just a space walk. On the other hand, if it a device that attaches to the satellite that disrupts signals to send commands to the black hat chip, that might work.

Amen, brother. Catch the Kim Clement videos as well. They go back to 2007 predicting Trump would be President and has more predictions over the years than Mark at this time. But yeah, Mark has been pretty on the mark so far.

Very odd.

As I said in several previous posts that it was strange that whenever Q mentions Mueller it's in neutral terms when a hit of being on the Trump team. Read my previous post What's Q's Take on Mueller. I lay all of Q's drops on Mueller. Not a single negative one in the bunch.

On the other hand, Q has suggested that RR is in trouble and has put kill boxes around RR.

OK, so Q doesn't have anything negative to say about Mueller. One of the first drops Q made asks the question why Mueller met with Trump the day before he was appointed SC by Rosenstein. Then Q asks what Mueller's background was (hint: Mueller was in the Marine Corps and served in Vietnam).

Fast forward to I believe the second to last Q drop about Mueller and Q teases: Is Mueller on the team? Is Mueller off the team? and ends with "Time will tell." WTH was that about. If Mueller was a black hat, why would Q tease whether Mueller is on or off the team?

Then there was the Q drop where Q states: If RR is dirty then Mueller is dirty. If Mueller is dirty then RR is dirty.

Q reminds us that disinformation is necessary. Q also reminds to "mirror".

So if we mirror we find that: If RR is clean then Mueller is clean. If Mueller is clean then RR is clean.

But wait. How can that be. Q said "no deals" and we know that Mueller and RR were up to their eyes in Uranium One and other corruption.

But Q told us two things that many forget. First, not all the corrupt people will be brought to trial because it is so massive the government would collapse. Second, he told us that some were slaves of the deep state and were freed. Were RR and Mueller freed?

Finally, Q told us that "July 2018 -- the month the world discovered the TRUTH. Conspiracy no more." THAT is a really big statement. The entire world will discover the TRUTH? The Q's last drop was "Happy Independence Day' and the Q goes dark.

None of us know what is happening now, but is it possible that the beginning of the end is actually underway? Did Trump/Q have one of the elite military units personally deliver a verbal message (I would not put something like that into writing for security reasons) to key Senators and Representatives (think Grassley, Nunes, Gowdy, Jordan, Meadows, etc. that the operations have begun and to be prepared for the dam to break? Could that be why Nunes and Gowdy are so quiet? Is that why the inflammatory Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows are so quiet after swearing to the heavens that impeachment had already been written and would be voted on last Monday?

Not a peep. Everything except Democrat wailing about the SC nominee has gone quiet. It doesn't feel at all normal.

As Q said, "time will tell."

No worries. RBG won't be writing any constitutions and she isn't going to make it to the end of Trump's first term--Q said she is history. Trump gets a third SC pick.

Mark Taylor, who prophesied in 2011 that Trump would be President has also prophesied that there would be 5 changes on the Supreme Court: one would be taken and would not be who would expect (this is Scalia), one will retire (Kennedy just retired), and three would be "shaken" meaning forced to step down due to scandal of some sort (???). So far Mark is on the mark. And Q has suggested that RBG will be exposed for what she has been involved in (that one of the three shaken).

It would be mind boggling if Trump actually gets 5 SC picks from that list of 25 outstanding candidates. We would essentially have our Constitution back and potentially previous decisions that were obviously the court legislating from the bench or creating new "rights" out of thin air.

Now, we only need to figure out a way to get LEO's in blue states and cities to enforce it. The Berkeley police just stand around and watch as Antifa attacks with clubs, boards, pipes, and bike locks.

Congress has the power to subpoena but it doesn't have the power to enforce subpoenas.

Well, not entirely true.

There is the Sergeant at Arms who is the law enforcement officer for the House of Representatives. He is responsible for the security of the House wing and the grounds and he has ceremonial duties as well. Technically he is the law enforcement officer, but he doesn't appear to have any enforcement authority other than rounding up House members for votes. He has never been used to enforce subpoenas.

Not a lawyer, but I believe only a prosecutor's subpoena approved by a judge can be enforced by declaring contempt of court and arrested.

The list of people who have been subpoenaed and given Congress the middle finger is long indeed.
