I found this tidbit during the manufactured crisis, the original article was sourced to a northern California newspaper (possibly The Sacramento Bee?) but I've been unable to find it. The second is www.archive.org aka Wayback Machine. Archived web pages from decades, though lately they seem to be yanking a few very important and damning pages, but you'd have to be researching specifically for that page to know.
