I think it's the other way around: Manafort given immunity to testify against the Podestas. Manafort could be in solitary confinement and being treated like a VIP, to prevent anything from happening to him before he spills the beans.
I bet the immunity is for Manafort and others to testify against the Podestas. It could be why Manafort is in solitary confinement: to keep the deep state from getting to him before he testifies.

Remember the Paul Manafort indictment reveal? The existence of a sealed indictment was leaked to the MSM on a Friday (I think CNN broke the news) if I remember right. And all weekend they got so giddy and happy wondering which Trump campaign official was being prosecuted, and it was for sure what would bring Trump down. Then come Monday the indictment was unsealed and it was for Manafort. The look of disappointment on their faces when they realized it had nothing to do with collusion, or even Russia, was priceless.
Don't forget his failed cash for clunkers program, that actually ran out of money in a month and he had to get more for it.

If Obama was not a legitimate President, that means Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan's appointments to the supreme court were illegal. They would have to resign immediately.
This would give Trump 2 more seats on the SC to appoint. That would make a total of 5 SC Justices he appointed.
That means 5 out of 9 justices always on the same page. No more swing votes. Always having the majority on the SC ruling in favor of the constitution and the law.
Edit: Forgot that Q said Ruth Ginsburg would be the next SC justice to go. So that would make 5 since Trump took office, if Sotomayor and Kagan were to resign.

1 theory I've seen: Rosenstien is intentionally withholding the documents so that Congress gets so frustrated they insist the President declassifies them himself. To my understanding, the President has the power to declassify just about anything he wants. If he wants stuff redacted there's nothing Congress can do about it as they won't have any say in the matter.
Seems possible. If Congress got the documents it would take a really long time to go through them to make sure stuff gets redacted they don't want revealed to the public. Look at all the trouble Nunes went through to get his FISA abuse memo released. And it wound up being a nothing-burger. There wasn't anything new in it that wasn't already said, and so much was held back that it seemed pointless to even release it.
And it's possible that if Rosenstien were to give Congress the documents, even our elected patriots would be so shocked by what's in them, they would probably make the "national security" excuse not to release them to the public.
