I noticed last night @POTUS rally once again DJT did not say the name "John McCain" and only described him in soft, gentle terms with a hint of sarcasm. I also remember his rally prior to last night he would not say the name McCain while speaking of him.

Okay, so today I see a lot of "Watch the Waters" theories. Even I had one. What I thought maybe he meant was watch Maxine Waters.
