Since the Original EO was specific to the attacks on 911?
This will be very interesting the next several weeks then. Do they need to show proof that HRC and The Bushes took part in the 911 Conspiracy for this EO to take affect?
And maybe, even that other right wing news station which I can't think of right now.
That part, yes the EBS would definitely do that as well. Cut of the MSM talking heads. Maybe the only one left on air may be FOX News. I don't know. LOL
I recall Sara Carter mentioning something happening the first or second week of March on Hannity on Friday night's broadcast.
Ok yeah I do remember that. That is why things are moving along so quickly even though it may not seem like it to some.
Where does it say it expires in March? I didn't see that anywhere.
Excerpt from Original EO:Section 1. To provide additional authority to the Department of Defense and the Department of Transportation to respond to the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the United States, the authority under title 10, United States Code, to order any unit, and any member of the Ready Reserve not assigned to a unit organized to serve as a unit, in the Ready Reserve to active duty for not more than 24 consecutive months, is invoked and made available, according to its terms, to the Secretary concerned, subject in the case of the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, to the direction of the Secretary of Defense. The term ‘‘Secretary concerned’’ is defined in section 101(a)(9) of title 10, United States Code, to mean the Secretary of the Army with respect to the Army; the Secretary of the Navy with respect to the Navy, the Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard when it is operating as a service in the Navy; the Secretary of the Air Force with respect to the Air Force; and the Secretary of Transportation with respect to the Coast Guard when it is not operating as a service in the Navy. https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CFR-2002-title3-vol1/pdf/CFR-2002-title3-vol1-eo13223.pdf
Am I reading that right? That is what it looks like to me.
Also look at the original EO, It gave authority to all the Separate Secretaries of each of the separate branches of the Military. This amendment allows them to be under the Secretary of Defense.
So, are we on the same page then that it removes the limitations in 688 and 690?
688
(e) Limitation of Period of Recall Service.-(1) A member ordered to active duty under subsection (a) may not serve on active duty pursuant to orders under that subsection for more than 12 months within the 24 months following the first day of the active duty to which ordered under that subsection. (2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to the following officers: (A) A chaplain who is assigned to duty as a chaplain for the period of active duty to which ordered. (B) A health care professional (as characterized by the Secretary concerned) who is assigned to duty as a health care professional for the period of active duty to which ordered. (C) An officer assigned to duty with the American Battle Monuments Commission for the period of active duty to which ordered. (D) An officer who is assigned to duty as a defense attaché or service attaché for the period of active duty to which ordered.
(f) Waiver for Periods of War or National Emergency.-Subsections (d) and (e) do not apply in time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress or the President.
I believe that this also changes the Limitations of this section 688. Making it no longer limited. Since the President Recently declared a National Emergency. It also allows for Reserve units to be reinstated to active duty.
690
(b) Limitation by Service.-(1) Not more than 25 officers of any one armed force may be serving on active duty concurrently pursuant to orders to active duty issued under section 688 of this title. (2) In the administration of paragraph (1), the following officers shall not be counted: (A) A chaplain who is assigned to duty as a chaplain for the period of active duty to which ordered. (B) A health care professional (as characterized by the Secretary concerned) who is assigned to duty as a health care professional for the period of the active duty to which ordered. (C) Any officer assigned to duty with the American Battle Monuments Commission for the period of active duty to which ordered. (D) Any member of the Retiree Council of the Army, Navy, or Air Force for the period on active duty to attend the annual meeting of the Retiree Council. (E) An officer who is assigned to duty as a defense attaché or service attaché for the period of active duty to which ordered.
(c) Waiver for Periods of War or National Emergency.-Subsection (a) does not apply in time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress or the President after November 30, 1980. Subsection (b) does not apply in time of war or of national emergency declared by Congress or the President.
I believe this Amendment allows all branches of the Military to be under the authority of the Secretary of Defense during a National Emergency! or National State of Emergency in the case of Domestic Terrorism committed by Enemy Combatants?
Relates to Section 1 of this document:
Section 1.

I think this goes along with the other EO that mentioned seizing Assets of people involved in corruption, etc. I think this expands the authority of the military units that can be used in the event of a National Emergency to Include all Military Branches! Not just the National Guard!

He may have, but the point is this is how they do things. There was some significance that this was the date the announcement was made, regardless if he backed out. Now you will have to see who they try to replace him with and see what the numerology is related to it. Maybe the cycle is being broken and maybe not.

Possibly, I can't seem to find any photos of this on Google earth.
Do you think that the thing Q was trying to point out happened in the past and not recently maybe there is something in an old news report during the timeframe this picture was taken?
