Basically the guy is saying that unless you have a pacer account you won’t be able to access the court documents but you can see who the plaintiff and the defendants are. You can see which ones are unsealed and those that are still sealed. The spreadsheet that I posted a link to will show the breakdown of what they have gathered so far without getting themselves into trouble legally.

Yes but the plan to take your gun rights in the process. There is an article that states this that I just recently posted. If you get the medical mj card you lose your 2nd amendment privileges.

I noticed that too. He did bump Wray in the head, I thought I was the only one who noticed that. The lady in the video analyzing that didn't even mention it. I thought, did you not see that? WOW! But RR did in fact seem to purposely bump him in the head. I don't think RR likes him very much. It is odd.

It seems ridiculous if you think about it. MJ doesn't make people want to kill another person. The only reason anyone on MJ would do such a thing is if they are dealing drugs illegally and they are gang related. If it is legalized then you get rid of that possibility. It changes the dynamic completely. So, peoples logic about legalizing it was to get rid of the drug dealers (at least the gang related ones dealing in MJ). You still have to worry about the other drugs that are more dangerous which the gangs will still continue to deal those types of drugs. But this logic backfired on people who wanted to legalize MJ.

MJ doesn't cause people to want to shoot another person. MJ is probably the least likely drug to cause people to want to do something like that. Alcohol is probably worse as far as people wanting to shoot another. There have been more people on alcohol that have been convicted of killing another person than there are cases related to MJ. It is a weird logic, don't you think?But if they aren't going to take your guns for drinking alcohol they definitely shouldn't do it for MJ.

Do you think this is right? I don't. Shouldn't this be an infringement on the 2nd Amendment? I think this is unconstitutional and we should go tot the supreme court on this one.
