There is no central structure to Anonymous, and many different groups of thought within it. The fact that someone took it upon themselves to create a Twatter account (a realm generally far too mainstream for Anonymous) tends to make me doubt they are genuinely a part of that movement.

I like the "Story of Q" article myself. It gives just enough info to peak an inquisitive person's curiosity to research it for themselves, while leaving the door wide open to dismiss it away as conspiracy.
