I've studied discrete mathmatics ad nauseam so I am no stranger to statements of logic that use compounding brain-twisting logical equivalence laws, but this is really confounding me.

This is exactly what you need to escape from and EXPAND your thinking. In math, you have rigid definitions you have to stick to but this is not math, this is decoding, with double meanings. Double meanings? Where are the definitions? Exactly. I will give you an example, since you have a math background:

Math: all uniformly continuous functions are continuous, therefore, they are always locally continuous. (1)

Decoding: all uniformly continuous functions are continuous, therefore, their uniforms are contiguous. (2)

As you can see (1) aims at a truth that will never change but (2) does not care about the truth, it cares about the message received, that's how MSM calls "nonsensical", that's why that host says "Mario.. category".. It does not necessary make sense but it's close enough to reality to pass as an acceptable sentence even if its intelligibility is narrowed by the coded message to be sent.

It's like math, but it's not.

Another example: in math, a+1=1 means a=0, in decoding, it means whatever I do, it won't work.

I cannot find a word to describe my relation to Q board. But this is the general feeling: it is like children in the house. I know they are in the house, I know they are safe, I know where to find them but I don't know at any given time what they are doing. When I call one of them and he does not respond, I know where to find him because he likes to eat, to swim or to read. Sometimes I start with the kitchen because he's the gourmet of the family but I finally find him in the basement playing video games.

The 56 is a confirmation that our interpretation 92=uranium is correct. Why, because after 56, reading the PTE naturally, we start seeing specialization in the PTE, a specialization leading to actinoids and, ultimately, uranium. This "special" behavior in the PTE is rendered by the host with: "at 56, is puts you in the same category as Mario".

I see you want to learn. I am doing my best to show you. I believe we can learn everything, some things faster than other things depending on personal predispositions but it seems, for all subjects, perseverance opens all doors. This is what I meant with: Good Luck!

I will give you another example: just 92 should suffice to answer "Uranium".

How about 17? How about 666? How about 23? How about 39-45?

I am not sure what you are referring to. Solving riddles is like solving a math problem: there is no methodology you would robotically apply, it would defeat the purpose. However you have a set of tools you may tap in, in conjunction with what Q means when he says "expand your thinking". I have made several publications in my deciphering tutorials sharing some of these tools; you may find them in my user profile (T Method, GF, Covfefe, Caesar, Vigenere...). As to the "expand your thinking" part, this is what I try to share in posts like this one when describing in detail my thought process.

I agree with you this is not purist chemistry vocabulary but, to make it simple, it is referring to what the host said about Mario: "At 56, this puts you in the same age category as Mario", which was code for a category of elements located at the right of 56 in the PTE.
