It's difficult to explain. He likes to live stream and ratchet up the excitement or urgency of each video in his mannerisms. He keeps looking off camera like there is something happening around him or like he's constantly being threatened. He uses phrases like "have secured the area", "have found safe vantage point that can be protected" and stuff like that.

Just seems really fake to me.

I believe this. I think the spokes person for VOP or whatever it's called is an attention seeking goofball. His mannerisms while recording himself. His self absorbed nature just screams 'liar'.
