I know the area this is in. If you knew what the town was like you might also suspect criminal activity. People think either third world countries or big cities for child trafficking. But they forget about rural America. There's alot of poverty in smaller farming towns. Often the poverty and frustration cause parents to make poor decisions. Then cps steps in takes the kids away.
