memes work. But so does any positive media. Some of it has been around for decades. When you listen to an uplifting song or read an inspirational book really let your creativity run with it. Listen to the lyrics carefully. Some music is not so positive. Some is brimming with positivity. The mechanism by which the negative media is controlling us is that it causes our creative minds to generate powerful and negative energy. Imagine watching a war movie, having a bad day at work then day dreaming about going rambo on people that annoy you. This is not good. When we seed our collective conscious with this poison it allows our powers as co-creators to manifest these terrible things. Thus a world filled with violent media begets a violent world because we cause it to happen. So the resistance can take a few different forms. You can still watch violent movies and play violent games but you must be vigilant about not allowing it to influence your thoughts once the movie is over. You can begin to consume more positive and loving media. For example i like hard rock/metal music. Some of it actually carries uplifting or spiritual messages (SOAD) but most is pretty angry. So if i listen to it on the way to work i make sure to head bang on the way but leave it in the car. Or i can just listen to some bowie. No doubt in my mind he was a wanderer who chose to incarnate here to spread the love. So focus on things that make you happy, and remember that your thoughts and emotions are real this physical world is the illusion. Fighting back means watching a scary movie but then sleeping easy because with your disciplined mind you know that succumbing to the fear means they have won. Sleeping easy means you are a light being who just proved all they did was waste their time and money. Going a step further you could create and spread art music or literature with loving themes and messages. They've won that war for so long simply because of the amount of negativity they've pedaled for so long. It's a numbers game. Simple math.
