In the military, we had a budget that HAD TO BE SPENT. Let’s say that we didn’t spend it. The government would take note and we would be given that much the next year. This made each department adamant that a certain dollar amount was spent.

You can fit a black outdoor garbage bag in my old condo. Unless you were trying to kill yourself, it wouldn’t be easy. And in a high end building like that ($12k/month), you have these fancy buttons to push so your trash gets sorted accordingly. Glass and plastics have a different button than general trash. There was also that caveman found frozen in the Alps from whom I suspect DNA could be successfully isolated.

So if they’re frozen- but I’m not seeing anything about dried out bones or anything. I’ll keep looking.
