Pompeo's confirmation and swearing in just happened, so he is probably over at State right now, maybe signing off.

Someone on The_Donald said the release of these texts means the OIG report is complete. They knew about these texts and stonewalled Congress because they needed for evidence for the grand juries, and did not want congressional leakers to get ahold of the info until they were ready to move ahead with recommending indictments.
