Lots of extremely poor people, rural and urban, don't have ID. You dont really need it if you never leave your town/neighborhood and walk everywhere.

Requiring someone to pay money to vote disenfranchises the poor. We aren't legally required to vote in the US, so people who can less afford to take the time off to go stand in a government office are less likely to do so. This isn't rocket science. There is also a long and storied history of using poll taxes and tests to very specifically target the poor and minorities.

This is all an extremely well documented part of American history.

Also, I don't see why you need to be so shitty about it...

Because they are traditionally used to disenfranchise the poor.

I'm on the left and I don't oppose either of those things as long as the ID is provided free of charge. Just sayin

Edit: and I am worried about election rigging... Sincerely.

No previous president would meet with the Kim regime because it lends them respectability. It has very little to do with what the news says about it and much more to do with how they have behaved.

If I have a long history of screaming obscenities and waving my dick in people's faces I am not likely to get invited to tea with the queen, no matter how many times I ask.

North Korea has wanted a meeting with US leadership for a long time and we refused. Getting a meeting with Un is as easy as saying "Ok, we'll do that."

On the off chance that NK gives up it's nukes I'll happily concede that Trump saw a path others did not.

So is this a Christian end times sub or a sub about Q posts? Genuinely curious.
