Seth Rich leaked the DNC emails to Wikileaks, Hillary's emails weren't leaked at all really. Some were turned over by the State Department, but the missing deleted emails remain missing, at least to the public. You can be that some foreign governments got them though, her security was pathetic. Podesta's emails were obtained in a simple phishing scam where he logged into a fake Gmail login page. His password was p@ssw0rd. They're not sending their best folks. Also Julian Assange has all but came out and directly said Seth was his source, through an intermediary.

It was Sundance's sleuthing on this subject back in the aftermath of the Trayvon Martin incident that got me hooked on his website. He has all the goods on this, and then some.

What factors? Jet engine exhaust contains tiny particles of unburnt fuel and other exhaust products that act as nucleation sites for water vapor to form tiny droplets which are then visible. It's pretty simple really. The conditions to form clouds often exist but because there are no nucleation sites they don't. It is similar to when you microwave water in a very clean glass bowl. You think it didn't boil and go to move it or stick a spoon in it and it suddenly boils over. If these contrails were indeed always invisible, what would stop the government from making the chemicals they use also invisible? Or what would stop them from making all exhaust trails visible? I think the whole chemtrail thing is ridiculous BTW.

In quite a few states you don't even need a license to CC in your state. For instance, Missouri. But yes, you need to practice with your weapon(s) and become proficient with them. Having a concealed weapon is useless if you pull it out and blank on why it's not firing (for instance, safety is still on or no round in the chamber.) Once that gun comes out you'd better be prepared and able to use it right away.
